In the center of Utrecht. Short waiting time, people are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. Parking, expensive and almost impossible. Close to public transport or 15 minutes walk from the station.

Located in the middle of.Utrecht near the old Post Office on the Neude to be renewed.
Had to take out an ANWB subscription and was helped there extremely friendly.
The renovated Post Office will also be opened in 2020, which is definitely worth seeing due to its old architecture.

Typical ANWB store with many travel and outdoor sports items. In fact, a bit exceptional that an association competes with stores in outdoor sports items on a commercial basis. Anyway, the ANWB has been around for a century and apparently has acquired rights. Products are very affordable and of good quality. You can also go there for an autobahn sticker and that sometimes saves a lot of hassle at the border when you are traveling.

About ANWB

ANWB: Your Ultimate Travel Companion

ANWB is a Dutch organization that has been serving the needs of motorists, cyclists, and travelers for over a century. The acronym stands for Algemene Nederlandse Wielrijdersbond, which translates to "General Dutch Cyclists' Union." However, ANWB has evolved into much more than just a cycling club. Today, it is an all-encompassing travel organization that provides its members with personalized assistance, advice and information on the road and at their destination.

ANWB's mission is to make traveling as easy and enjoyable as possible for its members. Whether you're planning a road trip through Europe or simply need help changing a flat tire on the side of the road, ANWB has got you covered. With over 4 million members in the Netherlands alone, ANWB is one of the largest travel organizations in Europe.

One of ANWB's core services is roadside assistance. If your car breaks down or you have an accident while driving in the Netherlands or abroad, simply call ANWB's emergency number and they will send out a patrol vehicle to assist you. The patrol vehicles are equipped with all kinds of tools and spare parts to get your car back on the road as quickly as possible.

But ANWB offers much more than just roadside assistance. They also provide their members with personalized travel advice and information through their website and mobile app. Whether you're looking for recommendations on where to stay or what sights to see in a particular city or region, ANWB can help.

In addition to travel advice and information, ANWB also offers its members exclusive discounts on hotels, restaurants, museums and other attractions throughout Europe. These discounts can add up quickly if you're planning an extended trip abroad.

Another important aspect of ANWB's services is their advocacy work on behalf of motorists and cyclists in the Netherlands. They lobby government officials at both national and local levels to improve infrastructure for cyclists (such as bike lanes) as well as roads for motorists (such as reducing traffic congestion).

Overall, if you're planning any kind of trip within Europe (whether by car or bike), becoming an ANBW member could be one of your best investments yet! With personalized assistance every step along your journey - from planning your itinerary right down until when something goes wrong - there really isn't anything else like it out there!
