Good selection of products and prices are reasonable- probably in line with most other similar stores. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Recently had the pleasure to work with Kathy from Antica Tile. She was truly amazing to deal with and made the process of choosing tiles for our entire house such a breeze. She has a great eye for detail! After visiting countless tile stores in the East end it was amazing to find this shop with such outstanding service. Thank you again to Kathy and the team at Antica Tile for helping us out! Highly recommend!

Several years ago we purchased tile from Antica and returned this time when we needed more. The tile is fine and they had a good selection to choose from; however, picking it up was difficult. They called to indicate that our order was ready for pick up and I sent my husband to get it. However, it wasn t ready. He had an extremely long wait for a tile they supposedly had in stock the day we placed the order. They suggested he come back later; however, no one would have been available to help him load the tile. Overall it was a frustrating experience and we won t be purchasing from Antica again.

Antica Tile was great !!! So happy with our experience from start to finish ! Rosalia was amazing, she listened to our ideas and literally put it all together for us..... Hand cutting slate tiles to ensure we had the perfect herringbone pattern !!! Can not wait to work together again soon :).

Sign on door says closed December 24-26. Apparently no one showed up for work on December 27th either. Call before going so you don t waste your time.

Living in East York, we have a few tile stores to select from. We decided to go with Antica. Aleka was a wonderful lady who helped us pick basement tile for the floor and as well for the washroom. Our basement now looks clean,bright and stylish. Thanks to Antica we have quality tiles at an affordable price! I do recommend this store to others as they are renovating the front showroom with lots of new product!

Excellent selection of tile, stone, marble, porcelain items with a professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff to assist your every need. Wether its kitchen or bathroom renovations, I've never looked alsewhere.

Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Wanted to see a tile that they didn t have in the showroom so they took me to the warehouse so I could see the slab. Would recommend using them!

Have not completed purchase, but ***** on the basis of friendly, helpful staff. Other stores in the area just let me wander around lost, didn't offer to help. No pressure either. Revising it downward: they made a mistake on my order and when I asked them to waive the restocking fee, they were considerably less friendly and helpful.

Recently visited Antica Tile & Stone by fluke. We were on our way to another tile store on that street. After disappointment at our original destination, we stopped by Antica and we were so pleased to see staff that actually took the time to help us. The selection and prices were great as well. Look forward to our next project.

Slow delivery, small supply and no options to return product. Will not come back. Lots of other options in the same area.

Years ago my parents purchased the most beautiful tiles for our kitchen and bathrooms from Antica Tile & Stone. It should have been my first stop when searching for tiles for a school-wide celebration but instead, I headed to big box stores - Home Depot and Rona - and was not successful in finding what we needed. It was actually a "Tile Expert" at a Home Depot store that pointed me in their direction and I couldn't have been any more happy. They were kind and courteous as I explained what I looked for and gave me exactly what I needed. They saved the day as our event was only 2 days out and brought smiles to so many students and their families as they were able to participate in our Tile Decorating for the Aga Khan's birthday. If you're searching for tiles for a home renovation or for an activity, Antica Tile & Stone is the place to go!

This place is convenient and offers good selection of tile. We ve bought tile from Antica in the past and decided to go with them again for our next project. This time I was disappointed with the service - lots of waiting around and four trips back and forth to get my tiles (only 100 sf). I went to pick up my tiles a couple days after the call they were in only to get there and they couldn t be accessed. I came back a second time and called the afternoon before and they still weren t ready when I got there. Had to wait 45 min for the guy to dig them out. Went back to buy two more boxes which they had in stock when I dropped in only to get home to begin installation and find out they gave me the wrong tile first time around...called to return only to find out they need to reorder. These are basic white subway tiles - one would think they are readily available. Fourth visit back to make the exchange on their error. Too much hassle and stress for a simple order.

Recently visited Antica tile, stopped by at a few of the surrounding tile shops on the street, but nothing compared to the service, products and prices that I received from antica tile. Will recommend them from now on.

I needed to quickly purchase tile that was in stock. Rosalia was very helpful each time I went into the store and was happy to help me with the design dilemma! I have purchased tile from this store for previous renos and would certainly recommend them.

After searching all over Toronto for flooring for our new house, I found Antica Tile & Stone to be one of the best. Pricing was great and very competitive, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will return and recommend.

Just finished my renovations and recently purchased tile from Antica Tile & Stone. Staff were extremely patient and knowledgeable. The sales staff, helped pick and coordinator our wash rooms and basement tiles. They also give great discounts to the every day home owners which I found so helpful..The tile selection was great and very unique, mostly because they import their own products. Worth checking them out, trust me you will not be disappointed!

We went to many tiling stores and Antica was the best. The staff was VERY helpful, carting samples across the room to show them in their best light, and making very useful designer suggestions. Also the store is set up in a very user-friendly manner, unlike the overwhelming and massive collections in other places. I have recommended this company to my contractor.

After visiting the many tile stores in Woodbridge and West end toronto, we decided to drive to Antica as per a recommendation from a family friend. Well worth it. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful.
