The staff was really fantastic as well as there is not just food pantries services but many other services for low income or homeless or to become homeless AVAIBLE! MAKE SURE TO BRING IN ANY PROOF OF INCOME, MEDICAL, DISABLITY, AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, HOMELESSNESS, EXT.....UNLESS YOUR JUST FOR FOOD PANTRY ALONE! HOWEVER YOU DONT GET TO PICK ANY FOODS OUT SO YOU TAKE WHATEVER IS GIVEN OR NOTHING AT ALL IF YOUR UNABLE TO EAT CERTIAN THINGS

I have only been here to the food bank but I find that exceptional their food they have are usually pretty top-notch and the staff is absolutely wonderful and caring

This place has an awesome pantry. It helps when you need extra food.

They definitely have a fantastic pantry for people in need. I haven't had to use their other services but have met several people who have had help from a man there who does the housing placement. I know he is hard to get a hold of at because I've tried to help a couple friends who had him for a caseworker. I also feel that especially when placing people who have mental illness issues there should b some follow up care. I've seen at least 3 people who were placed by this program and then we're kicked out of a run down place for cleanliness issues. These people should have been put in transitional living. The women died within a few mth. She continued to sleep outside the building This is a bigger problem than one place or person can handle so I guess it's a little unfair to point fingers. Overall this place is a blessing!!!!

Idk how anyone can give a place like this 1 star. They are all so helpful. My bf and I do not look homeless at all- in fact we stick out of a crowd due to our colored hair ect.. but they were very understanding and allowed us to get enough food for 2!(and flowers for B-day!) They post job offerings on a bulliton board, they have boxes for toys and clothes to children. They have given us blankets and hygienic items to stay clean and rested for our jobs. We go back every other week. They have saved our lives. We are so grateful.

The people there are so nice and friendly, and give you lots of options. I appreciate them so much and the help they give to the community is priceless. Many people are helped there.

Project project understanding he's a wonderful place that helps folks out of hard times I'm not exactly sure of all the details but I go there personally for the food pantry if they really are wonderful folks in a nice selection and it lasts me a good amount of time it's very much worth it it's a shame they moved across town to a different side of Charlotte people who can have rides have a hard time getting there I know I do I'm very grateful for it when I do though maybe they didn't have something on that side of town and I have the key now whatever have you it's a really nice place I hope it helps me and I can give you some idea of the numbers to find what you're looking for

Come here every other week to get my food share I am struggling so this help outs a bunch also if you haven't been here make sure you bring an I'd and you have you have to fill out some paperwork also since the pandemic it's kind of a drive thru I dont know if they help with walk ups
