I scheduled donation pick up appointments TWICE and TWICE they didn't show up. What's the point of scheduling if they just not going to bother doing their job? Called customer service and all they could do is say sorry and reschedule ~?!~!?~?!!?! Ultra frustrating organization.

Today is the last time I donate to SA. The last time I donated to the Redmond location the person working the truck was grumpy and not very helpful. OK we all have bad days so I thought that today's donation would go better. Not the case. Same guy... same attitude. The guy needs some mentoring in customer service. For me the next time will be a different organization.

Really I give them zero stars. We were assured at the time we scheduled that they would take our piano with two additional items. Do not believe the website. They arrived with no intention of taking the piano.. This is a scam. I will donate the items to Goodwill which can really use my items. I may have to send the piano to the dump but the bed and shelving unit will go to someone who really can use it.

I really wish it wouldn't have taken 5 days to get a vehicle picked up for donation. I was doing all the contacting and reaching out to people while Salvation Army employees ignored my emails and playing phone tag.
