Normally all restaurants are to be avoided in the Tourist Triangle around the Spanish Steps. This is one of the exceptions... it is a truly beautiful bar that could be dropped into any Metropolitan city in the world and fit right in.
It's almost like a high-end version of a sports bar with a simple menu, featuring all the classics... full bar and beer and wine with TVs always showing some type of sporting event. It's open late, including the kitchen which is open at least until midnight daily. The food is better than most "bar food" but it's the bar here that really is the draw.

I also want to point out the service experienced at the bar was world class... everyone wanted to give five star customer service even in a casual environment.

Nice place. Very fast service that suggests pre-cooked dishes, however discreet. Prices a bit high for the quality.
They are unfamiliar with children, there is no changing table and, "for hygienic reasons", they did not allow us to put 2 chairs next to us so that we could change our child.
All in all not recommended ...

Very fast, very fast. But neither is there, nor is it a restaurant: a carpenter, a nude rabbit full of bits, is pretty, but it's a television that has been awakened by Lady GaGa. Limoncello does not give up at the end.

Beware bandits !!! The only Rome shop, but also the whole of Italy we visited, which add up to 10% in the account and when you complain about the extra charge, they say to you that it is "service". It was a shame, because it was a beautiful shop before. The fact that many locals, not only tourists, is visiting it, says something.

Cozy and lively wine bar where you can also eat grandiose. Their pizzas, for example, can rival the better ones in Rome. I visit Rome regularly and always pay a few visits to Antica Enoteca. Unfortunately a football game was watched last Sunday and it was packed so we had to look for another restaurant. That was a pity. Returned the day after and there was no football this time. We could sit down right away. Delicious Rigatoni all 'Amatriciana eaten. The wines were again excellent. There was a nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We ended the evening with an excellent tiramisu.

Surprisingly peaceful considering the location. We had to sit at a specific table, rather than the one we wanted which was slightly odd, but the food and service were perfectly fine. Definitely a place to visit after slogging through the crowd at the Spanish Steps

Excellent attention and magnificent atmosphere. We went for wine, we followed the recommendation of the waiter who treated us very well and on the day we decided to repeat the place for its quality and attention.

Had a great late night dinner with the Antipasto app of meats, cheeses and roasted veggies for two. It went great with our wine and was reasonably priced. Staff spoke English well and were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. A lot of locals and groups also were accommodated.

Completely confused staff, took away our second plates because they forgot I was with my sister who left to the restroom. I got wrong order, sent it back.. as a result my sister finished her food, till mine came.. Nobody apologized, nodoby asked if food was ok. ppl near us ordered before us and didnt get their food till we left .. DONT GO THERE! ps. gnoccis are supermarket quality

I really loved this place from the moment I walked in. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff with traditional dish menu. Reasonable prices too ! Apparently it opened it 1726 so they know how to do food!

Bottles of mineral water already open arrive at the table. The taste is unpleasant and does not look like mineral water at all. To think wrong then is a moment and one wonders if they are not filled with running More

This place has a great old vibe - it feels like it's been around forever. We enjoyed the antipasti plate, a pizza and an outstanding ravioli with porcini. After some so-so pizzas and pastas during our week in Rome, this felt like the real deal at last.

I am writing my review related to the fact that i had left my wallet on the table after stopping by for a drink. 10 min later when I realised that my wallet was not in my bag I returned back hoping to find it. Indeed the waiter remembered me, confirmed that they have found it and have already put it aside for me should i get back. Thank you so, so much!!!

Very bad experience. They had a pasta special listed at the door to attach customers without the price. I asked one the the guys how much it was, he told me $15. Euros. When the bill came , they charged me $25. Euros. Get your wallet ready to be ripped out of you if you go to this place! A tourist trap for sure !

Nice wine list, we stopped there for a very improvised aperitif and we enjoyed their mouths for a price quite acceptable (10 per person). The staff are very welcoming and helpful, a place I recommend

I have been reading the reviews after having dinner at this place, I don't usually write opinions but I found myself so scammed that I tell you about my experience. The worst meal of my stay in Rome, very expensive for what they offered and they charged me 7 for each bottle of tap water - unfiltered, which was specified in mind - which we also did not order. I recommend you pass by, that in Rome you eat very well in many places

Go here for the wine, the service, but definitely not the food.

What other restaurant in Rome makes a pizza margarita that a 6 year old won't eat and a spaghetti Bolognese that neither my wife nor her mom could stomach more than 3 bites? The service was attentive, and the atmosphere decent, but need to hire a new kitchen staff.
