I recently purchased the Bose Sleepbuds from their online store on sale for $299. Their clumsy team sent me two invoices with the delivery, the first one Antaki billing House of Excellence for the Sleepbuds for $224 + VAT (which I suppose is the cost of the Sleepbuds to their sister company House of Excellence) and another invoice from House of Excellence billing me for $299. A $50 profit (to their sister company) when the item was on sale from $339 which is a huge profit margin for a product that retails for $249 in the U.S. All their products are overpriced with huge profit margins that make their products way higher than U.S prices. During my first night with the Sleepbuds, I noticed a ticking sound coming from the right bud. The noise is noticeable enough that I can t but focus to it while trying to fall asleep, especially for a light sleeper like me which what this product is supposed to be made for. I emailed them and I was told to drop them to their service center to test them and unsurprisingly, the service center denied any sound and deemed the Sleepbuds as functioning normally. I could clearly hear the noise so I insisted to find a way to make them hear it too as it was only audible in a sleep-friendly environment (for light sleepers) and not in a service center next to the highway midday. I recorded the sound using the mic of my iPhone (left and right buds) and the difference was clearer this time. They denied any difference between the two recordings so I escalated the matter to Bose which contacted the service center again and the manager accused me of having a history of replacing products under warranty . The Sleepbuds were LITERALLY the first ever product to ever have dropped to their service center. It was clear to me now why they were being negligent and refusing to issue an exchange. I ve previously purchased a QC35 I from them years ago and never brought it to their service center (only sent them an email acknowledging them that I am having issues with it that MANY others were experiencing according to many threads in the Bose official forum). Their warranty is complete trash! You re better off buying them from Amazon on discount and having them shipped to Lebanon and they d still be way cheaper than here. Don t be fooled by their fancy stores, they re probably required from Bose and the other brands they represent to have fancy showrooms, but behind this all is a terrible after sales service!

Being an expatriate I was so happy to have received such care and follow up from the lovely sales and after sales team At Antaki Group.
Initially at the purchase time the team was very knowledgable and helpful about the coffee machines, drones, vacuum cleaners and gaming products. I found everything I needed as a gift in 1 shop. Then last week, I had an issue with the coffee machines, the team fixed it and even had the glass carafe as spare part in stocks.

Being the distributors of many famous brands and having an unbeatable price tag these guys lack the customer care and satisfaction. I really like their pricing I even compared it with Amazon and many shops in the United States but the price they offer is better. Thumbs up to that! Yet they lack or ignore customers satisfaction. I mean really how hard is it to take good care of a customer or what's the worse that can happen to the company? I gave them 3 stars just for their pricing tags that's all yet I hope in the future they work on striving for better services.

Worst customer service I ve ever encountered.
Firstly I was tranfereed to three different departments. All three customer service representatives did not understand what a drone was let alone the model. The final customer service representative was apartently a DJI/phantom specialist. I asked this person do you repair drones? 4 times and was answered with a differently reply each time, none of which answered my question. All I wanted was to see if your company repairs drones. I even chose the English service.

Best place if you wanna buy overpriced brands with horrible after-sales service that doesn't justify the premium charged.

Bought a pricey Russell Hobbs coffee maker and was told that there are spare carafes - this was a main concern. The carafe accidentally broke (as expected) a month after. They were out of spares.

They didn't know when they were gonna place an order for spares despite being the exclusive Russell Hobbs agents.

Several phonecalls & tiring conversations later, I discovered that I can make one of their staff submit a claim to sell me one from another coffee maker in stock. Keyword here is sell, I was willing to pay for it, and this still took me over two weeks to discover.

They sold me the carafe at the USD price. The black market exchange rate being 8,400 LBP, they charged 8,800 LBP per dollar.
