Worst customer service I ve ever encountered.

Worst customer service I ve ever encountered.
Firstly I was tranfereed to three different departments. All three customer service representatives did not understand what a drone was let alone the model. The final customer service representative was apartently a DJI/phantom specialist. I asked this person do you repair drones? 4 times and was answered with a differently reply each time, none of which answered my question. All I wanted was to see if your company repairs drones. I even chose the English service.
