This place hires pedophiles. They also promise their clients very unrealistic expectations of services offered. "Caviat Emptor" should be this company's slogan...

Don't expect long-term employment. Once the last campaign I worked on, which was the worst by far, was over they just dismissed me & many others with no advance notice. I had worked on others & was expecting to move onto something else.

It's a good place to work as long as you follow the rules.

The head boss, when i worked here was a boss, not a leader. I've seen him treat his employees poorly, with great micromanaging authority. In my experience this company treated it's employee's like a number.

I would not recommend getting a job here, to a friend.

What a shameful company. I am more ashamed that I worked there. I worked there at a low point in my life. No ethics, cold-hearted treatment of employees, typical call center. You are just a number. If you have no illnesses, are single, and have nothing to look forward to in life, welcome. Shifts are NOT flexible, no one will pay you to sign up, and good luck getting time off for holidays. They couldn't care less about their employees. Employee appreciation week? Hotdogs and cold beans. Worthless managerial support. They put on a show and tell you over the radio to come work for a good company. Don't believe in those lies. Work at McDonalds instead of Ansafone. Ansafone doesn't need a reason to fire you. I've seen them fire at least 50 people in one day at the end of a campaign. They thank those people for their good work and ask them for their employee badge on their way out the door. You are just a number. Should consider this a temp job placement. They only hire people to receive a bonus from the city of Ocala. Of course they hire many many people, but look at their horrendous turnover rate. Don't forget the atmosphere of their workplace. Full of discrimination and high school drama. Go work at Sitel if you have to be a CSR.

Ansafone contact centers is a call center that covers businesses all over the US. It was an ok experience but there are some major flaws in the entire environment. The higher ups in the call center are completely unapproachable. It takes weeks to months for a contact back from HR or the head of the call center. You literally walk past these folks daily. I have never experienced so much drama in my life. The people in power constantly gossip about each other and aren't very helpful. Occasionally they do stuff to showcase appreciation of their employees. Aside from those moments, you're completely replaceable and your opinion rarely matters. The facility is hit or miss with cleanliness.

All of the issues and turnaround rate start at management.

The place has potential but the current power holders either need to change the way they talk to and handle employees or they don't need to be in power.

The entire learning process needs to last longer and the whole system needs to be revamped. You're only as good as your training.

If you're looking for a place to grow and advance within the company... this isn't it.

This is the worst job ever the staff is very rude!!!. The hiring manager, Michael Torres, is commenting on the reviews as someone else trying to make his establishment seem better than what is it. They are so unprofessional

Honestly the WORST Training program I have ever been in, they go way to fast and never slow down, I have ADD and ADHD and when I asked them to slow down they ignored me and kept at the same pace, the people there are Rude to say the least and there methods or questionable at best, The Managers there act like they work for the president one in particular was the rudest lady In the world, I understand that its a fast pace environment but we are not creating the cure for cancer come on lighten up a little bit, i tried to contact them about the discrimination but no one ever returned my phone call

If you need someone to answer your calls and take messages or surveys, order products or cancel products. This is a company you can rely on with 45+ years of experience.

No respect for their employees more work less money and no bonuses or room to advance not a good place to work. I received a 2 cent raise after 2 and a half years with the company strict attendance policy and they don't count a doctor note to cover excuse. They send you home early if there is no work and nobody gets a 40 hour week, you are lucky enough to get 30 hours. They do not care about you and your well being. Please stay away from here as you will wish you never worked here!

Hiring agent was arrogant and condescending! Would not want to work under him.

Worst place to work unless you honestly have no other choices, then do what it takes.

This company forced me to work during hurricane Irma. They gave me a choice of work or be fired. I told my manager I had a small child at home and she basically told me to get a sitter and that we had to make the sure the calls were answered. This company cares more for profit then they do for the safety of their employees. My poor daughter who is 4 was with my parents and was up all night crying for me, I was stuck at this god aweful place all night cause I could not get home. I felt so horrible for my daughter and angry at Ansafone. I quit the next day and will filing a lawsuit for the emotional strain they put on me and my daughter.

I guess they are good at what they do but avoid working there if you can. They say it will be a call taking position then immediately put you on an job cold calling people, like hundreds of people. I got panic attacks after being there just 2 days.

The Lord rebuke Ansafone. Ansafone on 34th street is used by Satan to abuse and spiritually and mentally torture the children of God. I pray for the closure of Ansafone and its removal from the face of the earth, to be forgotten forever. Ansafone helps to make Ocala a lying abusive poo hole. Employees are threatened into seeming to accept blatant lies as the truth, which is abuse. Expect some of your coworkers' indoor behavior to be no better than that of a group of screaming poo-throwing baboons, and management supports this, telling the persons that do not exhibit this behavior to go outside if they don't like it. Some coworkers are very nice and they are easy to find because the nice ones have all been kicked out of the building and are standing outside in whatever weather while the individuals who's behavior is that of screaming baboons enjoy the reward of staying indoors, not having to deal with the weather/outdoor conditions. Expect Ansafone to lie to you when you are hired, at first telling you that you will be paid based on your experience but then afterward saying everyone gets paid the same 10.50 per hour. They even tell the Spanish speakers they will get a couple of extra dollars per hour and afterwards pay them only 10.50 per hour. The only reward for working here is helping the people on the phone who's desperate needs would otherwise have not been met by the aforementioned callous heartless individuals who exhibit the behavior of screaming baboons. Maybe they behave that way because better behavior is not taught in jail where many coworkers come from so management can get cheap labor and not put forth the effort to manage employees appropriately. Also, if you love to cough all day and eat hundreds of cough drops per month, this is the place for you. Be sure to have medical insurance that covers lung cancer. Bye bye baby, buh bye.
