Dishonest, unscrupulous and fraudulent main Skoda dealer. Tried to charge €1800 for work which could be done elsewhere for less than €300. Disgraceful.

Absolutely awful experience - they have had my car for a week and it's double the cost of my local garage - AVOID

Dreadful experience. Kept my car unnecessarily, apologised, offered comp car & collect /drop off when returning to fix. RENEGADED. Then refused to engage. Escalated to manager, waited 3 days no call. Called - too busy to speak .. and will be for weeks! Repugnant manner to treat customers with such distain. Avoid!

Bought used merc e250 in April 2018. Could have bought cheaper elsewhere.but the presentation at Annesley and jack Walsh won me over with their very professional attitude.

I went to service my car and even when I asked for cleaning included in the service, all I got was some water poured over the car. I've been to other Skoda Outlets and got superior service. Little things like that matters alot.

Would highly recommend for a service. Bought my car elsewhere but have just completed my second annual service with this garage. Very helpful and friendly. Both times they have never done more than was required which is really important as I know nothing about cars. I feel in safe hands with this garage and won t go anywhere else.

Ripped off

My Octavia water pump failed and had to be towed to this crowd. They quoted me ,689 for water pump and the time belt had to be done at same time . I called my local Skoda dealer in naas and was quoted 440 for same job, called MSL Skoda who also quoted 440 as its price Skoda Ireland advertise. Anneaed Williams told me they don't work like that and if if wanted my car done elsewhere would charge me 188 for diagnosing the problem.I Complained to Skoda Ireland as car just out of warranty , they gave me a 10 per cent discount and charged me 618 for a job that should be 440.
Total scam artist s stay well clear and go to MSL or Skoda naas .

Bought a very nearly new car here and I ve never been treated better. My first contact was through email and on an unexpected arrival I was directed to the manager which I found very professional. He directed me to Gavin, the sales rep who took care of everything from there and he was just so straight talking and not your usual sales rep. Overall very impressed and after shopping around and getting annoyed for the car I wanted (Skoda Suberb) here wiped the floor with Pilsen Autos where I was so unimpressed on a day I was willing to buy. I highly recommend Annesley Williams and I will be back.

5 Star service from the time you walk in the door. Everyone very helpful.

Got an expensive 330 service (no replacement of parts for this price, just the labour etc) and 2 weeks later (after only a couple of short local journeys) the car s warning system alerted me to a potentially serious issue with the engine oil seal. Huge palaver, car had to be inspected and towed back to garage, oil pouring out of it.
Lost half a day at work sorting it all out and then had to leave work early again to drop courtesy car back when the car had been repaired.
Huge inconvenience and effort on my part to resolve an issue that wasn t my fault and absolutely no apology or attempt to meet me half way on anything. Obviously Annesley Williams didn t care in the slightest. Very disappointed with the quality of service and level of after care. Would not recommend.

Simply superb, just like the Skoda Superb I bought from them, Liam the mechanic, sorted out a problem I had with the driver's door, overall, it was a pleasure to deal with a professional group of people, thanks for everything

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Large showroom over 2 floors.

Got brake discs and pads all around, 2 front bushes done as well on the garages advice. They gave my car back to me with steering rack issues and told me it was a common problem with them and that was it. The steering rack had no issues prior to the work being done on the car . Tried to call to get resolved but calls never returned, swept under the rug just like the job on other car.

These guys are amazing. Help me when i knew nothing about cars at all highly recommended

Well in my opinion so far Annesley Williams are much better than Western Motors Drogheda. Paul & James are very helpful and accommodating. Reception actually answer the phone & they listened to what I needed. Arranged a replacement car for no extra charge. Looking forward to realistic prices when changing my car too.

Hi I recently serviced my Skoda car here. The service was horrific, the Skoda company qouted a price online , i.e to replace a rear break pad and disc for 199 ,but when I booked and dropped the car the annsley Williams said it will cost 359 as the web prices is not applicable to the retailer which is a lie.

The sales representative was really good and knowledgeable about the car I wanted.

Very negligent, don t answer phones and when they do they don t call back as promised! A car new with service and other issues that saw my car 10 weeks off the road with no help from the dealership just a headache, Would not recommend this dealership for Mercedes whatsoever go to Brady s for the finish. I m certain they got my last review deleted too!

I called 3 times in ~8 mints the operator on attend nicely, talked gently polite very porofessional. I was just 31 customer in Parts Section the person i not seen him but very much professional and knowledge of his products. 3 times he attend me; helped to get right part and emailed me picture of part. Very much professionals. Guys all the stars you deserve my friends. I will recommend them strongly even I have 06 model Skoda they are really nice and professional.

Just bought my new car from Annesley and I have to say I could not have been happier with the service. Jack was a brillent sales assistant and made me feel at ease through the whole process from demonstration to test drive. Finance sorted and added extra touches made this a brillent expirrance. I would have no problem recommending Annsley and as long as they keep sales people as good as Jack on the books I am sure my next purchase will be at Annesley.

My mum is an ICU nurse. Car let her down on the M1 on her way to work. At a vital time for ICU workers. The lads in the service got her to work collected her car and had the problem sorted before her long 12 hr shift was over. One less thing for her to worry about in these crazy times. I dropped into Annesley Williams today with a small concern with my Fabia as I am due to go on holidays tomorrow as the Covid19 restrictions have been lifted. The garage was extremely busy due to the backlog from Lockdown and it was lunchtime. However, despite the pressure, the chap at the service desk went over and above and looked after my car. I am so pleased that I bought my Skoda Fabia from Annesley Williams and I will definitely return. I can now go on my holidays tomorrow. Thanks Annesley Williams.

Bought car second hand last year, I had concerns over tire wear. My wife brought car in. Lads put 2 new tyres on gratis. No charges. Cheers for making it an easy friendly service as my wife had 8 month old on her hands at time.
