Dreadful experience - avoid

Dreadful experience. Kept my car unnecessarily, apologised, offered comp car & collect /drop off when returning to fix. RENEGADED. Then refused to engage. Escalated to manager, waited 3 days no call. Called - too busy to speak .. and will be for weeks! Repugnant manner to treat customers with such distain. Avoid!
