Got an expensive 330 service (no replacement of parts for this price, just the labour etc) and 2 weeks later (after only a couple of short local journeys) the car s warning system alerted me to a potentially serious issue with the engine oil seal. Huge palaver, car had to be inspected and towed back to garage, oil pouring out of it.
Lost half a day at work sorting it all out and then had to leave work early again to drop courtesy car back when the car had been repaired.
Huge inconvenience and effort on my part to resolve an issue that wasn t my fault and absolutely no apology or attempt to meet me half way on anything. Obviously Annesley Williams didn t care in the slightest. Very disappointed with the quality of service and level of after care. Would not recommend.
