super hotel and staffs behaviour good.reception staff responses good. I booked this hotel again and again

Had a nice time here and the food is really awesome...

Room service good... Location 10 mins from bus stand...

Advantages: tuk tuk drivers know where this is, it's safe and fairly clean
Disadvantages: food is mediocre, room cleaning is a bit potluck- might get cleaned might not. Not all rooms have safes. Safe too small for laptop. Pool is very old school, not particularly clean. Staff not very attentive overall. We had to ask for towels, water bottles, toilet paper etc. regularly. Don't use the laundry as bits might get lost. Room comes with kettle but the cups we're dirty when we arrived and weren't replaced/cleaned in the 5 days we were here. Some of the reception staff is rather rude - with a few helpful individuals.
All in all the hotel obviously used to be grand 30 years ago but is now somewhat delapidated and staff in need of training!

Good hotel. We stayed in king suite. A sofa set and small round table is the addition in king suite. Ambience is good. Roof too swimming pool is fair enough. Seperate pool for kids available. Easy access to all tourist spots. Cost is bit high in this hotel.

This awkwardly designed hotel very AND VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE TYPE OF PRICE IT DESERVES as I love bornvita drink they res 150 for a ml definitely not worth for stay and money

Went to the restaurant. The food is good. And they have good variety of options as well.

Please don't take lunch a la carte very poor taste for the money you pay

Polite staff, immaculate rooms, good service, great food, reasonably priced. Worth every single penny.

I paid Rs 5400 per room. The breakfast menu was the worst and so was the service during breakfast. Rooms are good. Room service is good. Overall not worth the price.

I was there for a standup comedy show. It was brilliant!

Hotel view is good but they don't have good mattress in rooms services ok...

Place is comfortable to stay. Food is good. Service is not up to the mark. Lot of confusion amongst the hotel employees & staff. But otherwise a decent stay.

24-hour check-in was very helpful. Due to an emergency, we needed 4 rooms for only a few hours early in the morning and we were accommodated at a discount with breakfast included. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Check-in and check-out were fast.

It's been located heart of the city and the services are much affordable as well as more valuable.

The hotel is well appointed and the lobby impresses. The rooms are a mix of old stuff refurbished as new. The sofa in our room was torn with stuffing peeking out. The towels are old and worn, best carry your own.

The service at the hotel is absolutely pathetic and non existent in the restaurant. The Chinese noodles were missing noodles replaced by cabbage. The service started after actually shouting my head off at the manager. The complementary breakfast more of a completing a promise kinds and leaves a LOT to be desired. The service is still not there at breakfast with items that finish taking ages to be replaced.

The place is best avoided.
