Good - Clean spacious rooms, professional staff, lounge with great ambience, good location, swimming pool, free breakfast, gym
Fair - Restaurant is expensive but food taste is not that great.
Bad - Car parking is bit cramped.
All the promised amenities were there according to the 4 star hotel standard. Booked on their website directly. Price was fair.
Had a pleasant stay for a night in Mar '18.

Not bad. Charging 200 per wedding meal, real worth is 100.

Nice hotel but a bit expensive. Even though expensive the room doesn't have facilities like bathtub and all which you expect in a premium or suite room. Food was nice service was quick.

Located in proximity to tourist spots. Room and services were okay.

Went for a betrothal function, neither the facilities were up to the mark, nor the food.
Had breakfast and lunch, it was horrible, inferior than a small time mess. Nothing managed professionally.

Rooms are comfortable. Buffet breakfast spread is just enough, not much variety. Checkout and check in quick efficient. Good service.

I've been to this hotel since 2003. It's happened to be my goto choice for staying in Pondicherry. Spacious rooms and good room service. Swimming pool access included which is great for relaxing. Amazing wide spread for breakfast buffet.

We have conducted official Doctors meeting on 07.02.2020. Hotel provided a nice meeting Hall for conducting meetings, To add more upon the ambience of your hotel, Hospitality of the pupils were appreciable, But do have more care for Food which is basically and essentially more important than all of the above arrangements.

We ordered for Non vegetarian buffet food.
Out of all items

Mutton gravity prepared by the cheff was horribly very bad.. It was smeeling bad while our Doctors tasted it...

To add upon some other vegetarian items were also not cooked properly..

Kindly provide Good and healthy foods.. Next time...

Overall my experience is good.

1. Hotel facilities and amenities are good.
2. Located in center to any place in pondicherry.
3. Food taste is awesome. But very less items in menu. We want to try for sea food. But does not much varieties. Also veg items are very minimal.
4. We also stayed for one night in the hotel. Room anenities are good. But the rooms always felt cigarette smoky smell. Everytime we came from outside room becomes smoky.

Ideally located with great interior and exterior ambience. Very cordial and courteous well trained staff. One of our best stays till now.

Complimentory tea bags in the room were without outer cover. May be to save cost they are buying big packs. But when tea bags are removed from the big pack, it gathers dust and when dip into cup of hot water, dust goes into the cup. Coffee bags were with outer cover.

It was great, but there is no parking space at all. And the swimming pool was pretty cool.

Super hotel. Had a nice stay. Clean and big rooms. Well located. Near to shops. Overall good experience. But bit costly.

Ambience is very good, staff is cooperative. Food is also OK.. Only thing in dining hall is they always play Tamil songs on TV as if everyone understands it. It's really irritating.

Hotel is good but bit far from the white town and beaches

A very good star hotel available at Puducherry. The theme of this hotel is enjoyable. Courteous staff and good food available. The rooms are neat and clean.

I would not say that this best hotel out there but, for the price you pay - you are getting your moneys worth. The front desk and the reception is one of a kind. The rooms are clean and spacious even though the walls are bare and the few worn out bits here and there. The service however is top notch, quick and friendly. I must mention, the complimentary breakfast too is great with an assortment of dishes. However, the dining room gets crowded at times. Still, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Located at the heart of the city and well known by the locals. The check in was very quick and the hotel staff were cordial and pleasant. The food is good - they have a pepper chicken gravy curry which is very good, good biryani and wonderful breakfast spread south Indian and continental variety. The rooms are very clean and the hotel decor is amazing - does seems to be like a huge mansion. Will definitely revisit.
