This hotel is recommended for mid range budget. Standard rooms serves the purpose well. Hotel has all the basic amenities and there are two restaurants,swimming pool,gym and a bar. Food is just okay but service is very good.The wifi connection works fine. Staff members are willing to serve better. It is also located at a better place.

Away from the main city could be one of the reason for not booking here but renal bikes stores are nearby, so not a big deal if you end up booking this hotel. The only point to remember is that they are very adamant about check-in and check-out timings which are not very usual ones (1pm and 11 am respectively). They have a small gym and a mini shallow pool on the top floor. Also there is a shop for buying souvenir but personally I won't recommend.
Food is not that great but not very pricey. One can try their Renaissance restaurant.
Rooms are spacious with clean washrooms. Room service is good. You will be provided three cold drinks per day as complementary.

A high class boarding place in the city. Best rooms well maintained with roof top swimming pool. Price a little bit on the higher side. A best place to stay with family. A secure place too.

I stayed here for 3 days. The service was pretty good. Interior design is the best. I loved the planning with which they have decorated all. Staying was comfortable.

Morning breakfast was equally good.

All in all, I had a good time staying here.

It used to be a great place, but lost it's shine. We paid a high price for the only available room. The waiters need to be trained and so do the guests. Specially when it come to the complimentary breakfast. There is no one to seat the guests and the guests just force themselves on to tables already occupied by other guests. There was shortage of items and eggs were hardly available and people were literally grabbing what they could. The service in the bar was equally poor. It took them almost 45mins to get a pomegranate juice, and we had to keep reminding them often.

Hopefully offer better service and restore the lost glory. I would love to rate it 4* then.

I had a comfortable and refreshing stay. Rooms are cosy and clean. Large swimming pool in the roof top. Good aminities. Food was very good and very reasonably priced. Overall a good comfortable stay and value for money.

Supposed to be a good hotel but the maintenance seemed to be very poor. As an example, The room ac filter was clogged with dirt.

Excellent place to stay in Pondicherry. Ample place for Car parking. Very hospitable people. This hotel has a roof top swimming pool. Good clean and spacious rooms. Interior look of this hotel is gorgeous
