They sell defective and ruined condoms, and despite admitting the defects found then when you ask for a refund they lie and with apologies they do not pay you back. they are a company of scoundrels and thieves, they are only to be reported. these are delicate products, but they don't care if they sell defective things, and they don't care about the customers. I strongly advise against their bad products.

I have a complaint to make on the Cashback initiative in February 2019 (they have not returned the money), but there is no way to write e-mails to RB except through the company in charge of the initiative which, incidentally, decides who is entitled and who is not entitled to a refund of 15 euros ... Products generally valid. However, I do not understand their policy with the products and brands acquired by the former Miralanza. I speak for example of AVA LAVATICE, nowhere to be found in supermarkets. And yet a very good product, the top compared to their other two brands, Sole and Lanza. Ava does not advertise it, you do not find it on offer and it is a real shame because they could really make fierce competition with this brand in Dash and Dixan. In any case, it is their policies. Another flaw is not being able to communicate with the Italian office or to write an email to the customer service in Italy, if it has to pass through the foreign office that never answers.

Irritating, annoying, arrogant, the attitude of some responsible female employees on the occasion of professional relationships where human relationships count above all, with particular reference to the Milan office and to an IT technical manager, a boy who systematically refused a comparison with more adult people and experienced declining the responsibilities of others, to go and cry and complain at the first banal occasion with his managers. These managers were later put in line by someone smarter than them.
