VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS WHOLE PROCESS. WE PICKED THIS COMPANY SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS WE DID WITH ANOTHER ONE AND IT WAS KIND OF A MESS!! OUR PACKAGE WAS SENT NOT ONLY A WEEK LATER THAN YOU SAID BUT WAS SHIPPED TO THE POST OFFICE AND NOT THE ADDRESS WE SUPPLIED YOU WITH. SO THAT WAS A HUGE WASTE OF OUR TIME RUNNING TO 2 POST OFFICES BECAUSE IT DIDN'T CLARIFY WHICH. IT SHOULD OF CAME DIRECTLY TO OUR HOUSE. THE WEEK IT SAID IT WOULD BE HERE IT WASN'T AND THEN WE GOT NO SLIP FROM POSTMAN SAYING IT WAS AT THE POST OFFICE WE GET AN EMAIL ALMOST A WEEK AND A HALF LATER. AND IT HAD THE POST OFFICE ADDRESS-WHY??? JUST VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WHOLE THING!!!! I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND NO WHERE DOES IT HAVE A POST OFFICE ADDRESS. NOR DID WE PUT THAT WHEN WE PLACED THE ORDER ON amazon.

I have ordered with this place a couple of times and the size of their small dubias are way bigger then other companies. I feel you get what you pay for. The shipping might take a little longer, but best small dubias by far. I will try to order from this company whenever I can. I have always ordered off of amazon and it was about 38 to 40 dollars per thousand.

Worst place to work. Owners Paul and Fern make the work environment hostile, aggressive, and very unprofessional. And don't fall for false promises, words mean nothing hear. No wonder the turn around rate is as high as it is. Terrible terrible place!! Avoid at all costs!!

We decided to give this company a try based on our shipping issues with another company. Turns out, we had worse issues with this company. Basically, I chose free expedited shipping upon my Amazon check out. My order was supposed to get here between Jan 19- Jan 24. It was delivered days late to the wrong address, being the Post Office, not sure where you guys got that address from considering I provided my shipping address here on Amazon. So they should have come here to the house. It was not specified as to which post office these worms were left at, sending us on a wild goose chase for my chameleon's food, as we have multiple post offices in our city. One post office was finally able to track the box down at another post office. We finally got our hands on the box after a few hours of running around. RIDICULOUS!!! This is also not the first email I have sent, I sent one back when we were looking for the order and nobody ever responded. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As someone who currently works in customer service, maybe I should teach your employees how to do their jobs because they currently suck at it. I will not be recommending this company nor will I ever be using you again.

I worked for Animal Specialties very briefly. While working their I had trouble with Fran the owners wife and administrator. One particular day I was reprimanded for neglecting to clock in after returning from lunch. Acceptable, however that same day she reprimanded again about the same issue this time rather harsh and in front of a group of people. Later, I went to her office, where she also happen to keep her two very aggressive dogs, I stated " the next time that I need to be reprimanded would you please bring me into your office" as I felt that she embarrassed me in front of a group. She proceeded to get very angry with me. Ultimately, firing me. When I returned to pick up my check a few days later she drew me into her office even though I had no intention of speaking to her. She stated "Are you sure, about your decision." Which confused me. So, I returned to school and attempted to collect unemployment from my prior job of 2 years. Attempting to apply they stated that frans report said that I quit, also she reported that I was supposed to be on psych meds and that I was dangerous. A completely conjured lie. I wish I would have never come across this saturnian company.

Shipping took forever and when I got them it said it had 2 day shipping (there wasnt a choice on 2day shipping, only standard) I ordered the 28th of dec and got them today the 9th of jan (understandable because the holidays) only got maybe 2-3 dead ones out of 1000 very well packaged.

Poor QOL for animals and treats staff and customers horribly
