We decided to give this company a try based on our shipping issues with another company. Turns out, we had worse issues with this company. Basically, I chose free expedited shipping upon my Amazon check out. My order was supposed to get here between Jan 19- Jan 24. It was delivered days late to the wrong address, being the Post Office, not sure where you guys got that address from considering I provided my shipping address here on Amazon. So they should have come here to the house. It was not specified as to which post office these worms were left at, sending us on a wild goose chase for my chameleon's food, as we have multiple post offices in our city. One post office was finally able to track the box down at another post office. We finally got our hands on the box after a few hours of running around. RIDICULOUS!!! This is also not the first email I have sent, I sent one back when we were looking for the order and nobody ever responded. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As someone who currently works in customer service, maybe I should teach your employees how to do their jobs because they currently suck at it. I will not be recommending this company nor will I ever be using you again.
