I completely believe in what they are doing, saving horses from slaughter in Mexico. I wish I had the money to help.
Horse lovers check it out on Youtube, Horse Plus Humane Society. It's informative and has lots of sweet parts, the auctions are tough but the results can be good.

Great rescue! Actually affordable adoption fee! Wonderful volunteers! They save horses and other animals from slaughter/off the track and abuse/neglect cases and do everything they can to get them back to health and the ones they can t save they make sure that they at least know they are loved and are comfortable while they pass. I got my first horse recently from them and I am in love with him. I am forever grateful to them for saving my horse and 17 of his buddies from that horrible place he came from. If anyone is looking to get a horse I always tell them to check this place out first before spending a small fortune on a different horse. Mine is a purebred American spotted saddle horse and he is my unicorn. Please check this rescue out before any others!!!

love this place and would love to adopt from here someday, they take great care of their animals! this place has inspired me, i love horses and i truly appreciate what Horse Plus Humane Society is doing for this world! they do horse rescue right !!!

I have adopted 2 horses from here. They are amazing! They tell you everything they know about the horse good or bad.
I loved the donate a toy event. I just wish people would be a little more gracious as to what toys they bring. I know I know its the thought that counts...
This rescued is 100% squared away and organized.

The rescue horse from auctions that may end up in the slaughter pipeline shipping them in horrible conditions to Mexico or Canada. What a horrific way these kind beautiful animals are thrown away to be slaughtered for meat in Europe. Horse Plus Rescue keeps many of these horses from that demise and brings these horses back to the beautiful creatures God created. They need donations to pay for Vet care,carriers and other things. You can also find great horses for adoption there as well.

I think horse plus from what I see is a 5 star horse rescue I would like to go visit there facility one day but so far thumbs up to them

I ve never been here and I do not know them personally. However, I watch their YouTube videos and their Facebook lives. I honestly believe these people ARE doing this for the love of horses and not just to make extra $$$. Their adoption prices are 100% fair and their descriptions of each horse is honest.

We need more people like this in the world, so the horse community will be safer!
