614 Exteriors performed siding replacement on one side of our house, siding repair on another side of the house and roof replacement for me in April 2019. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable during the bid phase. My wife and I were both comfortable contracting him to perform the work. The crews that performed the work were professional and did a good job with the material cleanup afterwards. The work was completed quickly and the quality was excellent. We have had no issues. I highly recommend 614 Exteriors!

Keith called me while he was on vacation out of state to see what I needed in regards to my roof repair. I had a a large tree branch pierce my roof during a windstorm and there was other damage that needed addressed. As soon as he was back in town, Keith and Tyler came to my house and assessed the situation. My claims adjuster had already been out, but Keith found many other issues that he felt the insurance should cover (which they agreed to). Today, I had my beautiful new roof put on, along with a new gutter and fascia in the front. The crew worked so quickly; there was a team of 8 and they were phenomenal! In less than 8 hours, I had a new roof and then shortly after that, the gutter crew came and installed the new gutter. I have never worked with a contractor who was so professional and attentive to details! The crew came out and made sure everything was covered with tarps and protected. They were very careful about everything they did. When they left, you'd never would have known they'd been there. I'd highly recommend 614 exteriors for any roofing or gutter needs you might have. You won't find a better company to work with. They show up when they say they will and they do an excellent job!

I hired Keith for a full roof and siding replacement. From start to finish our experience was absolutely wonderful! Keith helped us with making a decision on colors and styles by showing pictures of hundreds of jobs that he completed. Keith from 614 Exterior's is awesome. My insurance company wanted only to repair 2 of the 5 sections of my roof. Keith worked with the adjuster and convinced him that he was wrong about the other sections not being weather damaged. He got them to do the entire roof. He is amazing. His workers were very fast and really friendly. They finished my roof in one day. Thank you Keith for everything! I highly recommend these guys.

Keith, the owner, is a hot head! Before I signed a contract with him, he was yelling at me on the phone because I had done research into the quality of siding. Tyler, an employee from HIS company, wrote in an email that they use 0.4 gauge siding. While on the phone with Keith, he said they "used the best at .044" thickness. That made no sense to me and I asked for clarification. He excepted me to trust him and not do my own research on the quality of siding. This is when he proceeded to degrade and yell at me. I would avoid Keith and his company entirely.

Keith is incredibly helpful, nice, and did a great job. We had some leaking and he fixed it for a great price and very quickly. He even came out a second time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I am keeping his number in my phone for any future needs we have. I can t recommend him enough.

Im not usually one to write reviews but this company 614 Exteriors exceeded our expectations. I called this company based on reviews and a recomendation from a friend and so glad I did. We had a few leaks that needed looked at and I wanted someone to be honest with me repair/replace. Not even thinking this would be something that was not out of pocket Keith took a look at the roof and discovered wind damage a and some loose and cracked shingles. He told me this is something I should not have to pay out of pocket for and to contact our insurance company. Our insurance company came back and said they would only cover half of the roof replacement. I was okay with it but Keith felt that's unacceptable and met with the adjuster 3 different times to point out problem areas. Thanks to Keith the entire roof was covered! As soon as the insurance company approved our Claim we had our new roof within days. His roofing team did an amazing job. Thanks again Keith! I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends!!

I called 614 Exteriors to examine the roof on my house (had hail a few months back). I had a thorough conversation with Keith who I would guess might be the owner. I was not in a hurry to have the inspection done, but they came out in a couple of days and inspected the roof and found no hail damage! However, he found 6 to 7 small problem areas (nail pops, wind lifted shingle) that he fixed while he was inspecting the roof. This was much appreciated. I would use again.

This was my first time using 614 Exteriors and overall our experience was wonderful. Although it is through no fault of your company, the work was delayed by your company until the insurance made the first payment. After the tree fell onto our roof causing the significant damage, we were required to wait a month while we had to live under a tarped roof while during the month we had to deal with extreme rains and severe storms. It would be nice if the insurance company and your company could have a more expeditious get started plan to keep the job from being delayed like our roof was.

The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They were very professional and hard working.
They did a 40 square 2 layer tear off job and cleaned up so well the only way I new they had been there was my beautiful new roof.
And they did it in less than 2 days!!!!!

Keith is the man! Back in April when we had a wind storm, it made a couple of my shingles come loose. I tried for a couple of months to get someone out to fix them, but couldn't. I called a mutual friend to see if he knew of anyone who could come out to fix them & he gave me Keith's number. I sure am glad that I did, because he showed me that there were actually around 15 shingles that were loose. He said to call my insurance company to let them know & I ended up having him put on a new roof! His crew did an amazing job & the house looks better than ever! I would have given a five star review, but it was difficult coordinating work with them. That is a direct result of how busy they are, but that is a good problem to have and only speaks of their positive reputation.

I contacted 614 Exteriors to give me an estimate for replacing my roof. Tyler was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Keith showed up the next day to look at my roof. By that evening I had an estimate from Tyler.
Their estimate was under my budget and the service was way beyond expectation. Workers were prompt, professional and spent a lot of time cleaning up and returning my property to the condition it was in prior to their arrival.

My roof was leaking and Josh came out in a very timely manner. We discussed options about repair or replace and I decided to go with replacement due to the age of the exiting roof. Josh was, again, very accommodating and helpful. I had a new roof a whole lot faster than I expected with absolutely no problems!

I have never been so impressed. We had a full roof replacement on a rental property in rural Ross County and some gutter work on our own house in Columbus. Keith is a pleasure to work with - dedicated, honest, customer-focused. I have recommended him to everyone that mentions needing roof repair/replacement. The best Home Improvement Company I have done business with. The customer service and communication was phenomenal. 1) Exteriors Home Improvement is a honest and reliable company. Pictures of the damages were given with the estimated cost of repair; 2) I felt the quote given was fair. I really liked the fact there was no pressure or sale gimmicks. The company pride themselves in their work only. I was not coerced with a sales presentation comparing themselves to other companies; 3) Integrity was demonstrated. Although the company used a finance company, they were honest about some of the terms and Tyler was open to my thoughts concerning other avenues to finance the project. However, he Let me make my decision; 4) The company was able to start and complete the project in a timely manner. Also, I employees did not get in the middle of the project then reported other damages/expenses that were not included in the estimate, needed in order to complete the job; 5) The quality of the work was superior. The overall job was appealing; and 6) The day before the job, I was informed to clear personal property from the worksite for protection and they cleaned up all debris, materials and etc. oh I forgot to include, I did not pay for a surplus of materials. Previous companies have left me with surplus of materials that I couldn t return and there wasn t enough to give away or use for another project. It was such a waste of money. Tyler Crowe stands behind his work and I had a very positive experience with this company. In a couple of years I plan to have my house resided and Exterior Home Improvement is already hired for the job! I highly recommend this company. Keith Staschke saved my project. Up against the wall with weather coming in on a new construction, and many roofers won't even talk to you if you're new construction. Keith came in with an amazing price and beat his estimate time by nearly 50%! In a heartbeat, without a thought, I'd use Keith again for any roofing project.

I noticed some shingles on the grown after a some heavy winds. They came out and did an inspection. They were very clear about what was still good and what needed repair/replaced. They told me they would work with my insurance company. In no time my insurance company informed me how much they would cover and I hired them to replace the roof. In my case it was shingle and the wood under it. I had know this was needed. (i had priced this with other companies and they were very competitive). The team showed up in the morning and by mid afternoon i had the new roof and the cleaned up after themselves very well.

A few weeks later I decided to have my gutters and downspouts replace (badly needed) with gutter guard. Again the pricing was competitive and they showed up and were done withing a few hours. Clean up was again well done. I did have to call them back as they missed one downspout bottom and a back section of the gutter guard. It took a couple tried but they did get this done. I believe they dont do the gutters themselves, instead contract it out. My only suggestion is someone from 614 come check the work after it is done to avoid these mistakes.

From start to finish 614 Exteriors was extremely professional. Our roof and gutters turned out beautiful, and 614 Exteriors even got it covered by insurance. They also did a fantastic job roofing our VFW post 1598. I have recommended them to all my friends and family, as well as my local community.

If you can t be bothered to have kind courteous drivers who obey traffic laws and follow the rules of the road, I cannot imagine the product you are selling will show anything but the same

Tyler and Keith killed it! Tore off my existing slate roof and replaced with shingle. $2000 less than the nearest bid for a job like that.. The vent stack coming out of the chimney was a problem until they brought the solution. Integrity and work ethic is obviously important and shows through. Highly recommend!

His team was quick to get to the job and the roof turned out wonderfully. Unfortunately we had a relatively large tree limb fall on the roof about a week after the roof was replaced. I let Keith know and he came out same day to take a look while the limb was still on the roof. he thought we escaped without damage, but to ensure that was the case, he came back out after the limb was removed by the tree company, reinspected and confirmed we were all good. Aside from the tree limb, the whole experience was great thanks to Keith and his team! We will certainly use 614 Exteriors for any future outdoor home improvements.

They worked tirelessly and closely with my insurance claims adjuster before and after the roof replacement was completed, and his team worked an entire weekend as soon as the weather dried up, despite being tight for time (it had been pouring for nearly 2 weeks prior, which completely munged up their schedule). I live in an older house in South Bexley. Over the past 10 years, I ve done a lot of home improvement projects and worked with many different contractors.

This summer, we decided to complete a series of curb appeal projects including tear down of an ugly awning over our front door, epoxy finish on our cracked/chipped concrete porch and new paint for the exterior. I also wanted to fix our leaky gutter and improve the drainage above our front porch.

I submitted an inquiry on the 614Exteriors website asking for an onsite consultation. The very next day, Keith responded and scheduled a time for a visit. Keith not only responded within 24 hours, he did so on a Sunday! Talk about a fast response time.

When Keith arrived onsite, he quickly diagnosed the source of the leaking gutter. It was the helmet style gutter guards that the previous home owner had installed. Keith recommended removing the gutter guards since they were doing more harm than good in this case. Other contractors might have tried to sell me on a new gutter to make a sale, but Keith was focused on finding the most cost effective solution to the problem.

We then took a look at the gutters above my porch. The current gutter system was not well designed and he suggested a better drainage strategy and explained how it would work.

During the inspection, he noticed several damaged shingles on my roof. Keith explained that I might be eligible for a new roof and offered to help me navigate the process of submitting an insurance claim.

Over the next several weeks, Keith demonstrated excellent customer service and support. After my insurance company accepted my claim, Keith got his roofing crew scheduled for work very quickly. The crew did an incredible job and we are very pleased with how the roof turned out.

There was a delay in getting our new porch gutters and flashing installed due to the amount of work Keith already had on the schedule. But, once it was scheduled, the work was done and done well. I did find a couple of issues after the initial installation. But, Keith was super responsive and got his gutter guy back out to my house to address the outstanding issues.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with Keith and 614Exteriors. And, I highly recommend his team for your roofing and gutter needs.
