Rude tends to be rude to some members. This is more common of an issue with some of the more senior tellers. Will be standoffish, and will put holds on cash deposits (cash does not need to clear like a check!!!)
Very helpful and understanding. GREAT people to work with! Highly recommend them for all financial needs. I have been a member since the late 80's and they are as much family and friends as they are in the banking business!

Absolutely love doing our banking here. the staff is very friendly and personable. They are always smiling and willing to help answer anything you may ask and explain as many times as you may need. they make you feel important and welcome every time you walk in the door or pull up to the drive through..
