The best Home Improvement Company I have done business with. The customer service and communication was phenomenal. 1) Exteriors Home Improvement is a honest and reliable company. Pictures of the damages were given with the estimated cost of repair; 2) I felt the quote given was fair. I really liked the fact there was no pressure or sale gimmicks. The company pride themselves in their work only. I was not coerced with a sales presentation comparing themselves to other companies; 3) Integrity was demonstrated. Although the company used a finance company, they were honest about some of the terms and Tyler was open to my thoughts concerning other avenues to finance the project. However, he Let me make my decision; 4) The company was able to start and complete the project in a timely manner. Also, I employees did not get in the middle of the project then reported other damages/expenses that were not included in the estimate, needed in order to complete the job; 5) The quality of the work was superior. The overall job was appealing; and 6) The day before the job, I was informed to clear personal property from the worksite for protection and they cleaned up all debris, materials and etc. oh I forgot to include, I did not pay for a surplus of materials. Previous companies have left me with surplus of materials that I couldn t return and there wasn t enough to give away or use for another project. It was such a waste of money. Tyler Crowe stands behind his work and I had a very positive experience with this company. In a couple of years I plan to have my house resided and Exterior Home Improvement is already hired for the job! I highly recommend this company. I only write reviews for companies that perform not only quality work but demonstrates integrity and good character. I hope this review was helpful.
