My wife and i stayed there from 11th 0ctober till 25th October we were on the third floor and it was a bit noisy as they where doing up there family rooms which where in another building so they put all the familys where they could fit them our room over our stay had younger people in and out of doors all day and late hours of the night . But rooms and hotel are great lovely friendly staff great location will stay again / hopefully renovations are all done by march 2016

Customer service, cleanliness and house keeping of the rooms are all maintained very well. The only problem we experienced was with our room service, the food was not worth the price for the quality or portion sizes. However, the buffet breakfast and bar by the pool are great value for money. Nice place to stay in the heart of Kuta as it s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the streets.

I'm being annoyed by your obviously gay massage supervisor. You deal with him before it affects your business and this situation gets out of control. If he is using your motels name and isn't employed there it obviously a police matter

Older hotel. Lots of stairs to go up no elevators. No face towels. Not a 5 star at all. Maybe a 1/2 star. Breakfast boring with same thing every day. Pool closes at 8 pm. I should have done more research.

Right in the heart of busy city which we didn't love, but was good proximity to the airport and has ice cold AC which is what we were looking for. Food was only OK and there was some weird set up with cash payments that left us kinda screwed and paying more for our taxi to the airport than we would have liked. Overall it was perfect for our needs but we wouldn't have stayed there more than one night.

Owesum

This is tiny place that i call a whole in the wall as joke. But I like these places as their food is the best. They don't have an ambience or any decor as they focus more on home delivery orders. The food is excellent for a fraction of what u would pay in a fancy Indian restaurant. If you are looking for a tasty birth Indian style meal at a cheap price and don't particularly care for ambience then you won't be disappointed. Hope this helps...

amazing experience. The resort is very good. Service is too good. And the rooms were good too. In the middle of kuta , very near to market .Very less option for vegetarian breakfast , only fruits and breads. Breads are not good so you only left with fruits. They must increase option for vegetarian as 50% of the public was from india .And all were very much dissatisfied with the breakfast. They can atleast add good sandwich or something.so only issue here is breakfast. Pool is too good. overall stay was good

Location was great, Staff were helpful and friendly, Rooms were tidy and clean, Pool was lovely to cool down after long days Buffet breakfast was amazing! Wifi was great! Our teen enjoyed using the fitness center daily as well, we traveled as a family of 4, 2x adults 1x teenager and 1x child, they did great to accommodate us, we purchased 1x Deluxe room with an extra bed for our teenager leaving our 8 year old to sleep with us! value for money was great! even the day spa on site was amazing! we had transfers and massages included in our booking and loved every moment!

Having checked into the hotel after midnight (yes there's a 24hr check in service) we though the hotel was rather dodgy. To our surprise it was quite beautiful in the light of day. Nice sized warm pool open until 10pm, spa, money changer and free WiFi. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kuta right opposite poppies lane 1. Great night life surrounding this hotel.

This was our third stay at White Rose. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. I'm pleased that they have reduced waste with plastic bottles, well done, however I would have liked shower gel. Our room had two bottles of shampoo and no shower gel. I think also that a side table on the other side of the bed would be good.

Villa was amazing and well maintained as it was being serviced during both the morning and late evening, the initial price point it high but considering the size of the room and main hub just around the corner it's well worth the price. The customer service lacked regarding service at the bar and general requests but other than that perfect stay.

Jug and Tea and coffee should be standard in any room, 2 Sheets on the bed, a top and bottom sheet.
Great security, helpful and friendly staff, great food, wonderful spacious rooms. Home away from home.

We had a deluxe room quite close to the pool. Although the hotel is situated on the party strip of Kuta, the noise can't be heard from your room. Our stay included free wi-fi, two beers, two bottles of water a day and a free meal. The room was cleaned daily around 08:30am and fresh towels were provided as well as top-ups of coffee, sugar etc. There's a mini fridge / freezer, a safe, an umbrella, clothing rack outside to hang wet towels / clothes, laundry bag, a torch and slip-slops provided. Also in the room is a TV and an aircon, cupboards and drawers for storage. Breakfast is served every morning on the first floor and is buffet style consisting mostly of western-style food and you can ask how you'd like your eggs to be done which is awesome. The hotel also has a spa, scooter rental service and money exchange. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The only suggestions I have for the hotel are: 1) Provide TVs with USB ports or DVD players 2) Keep electricity on when you leave the room so you can charge your devices while you're not there (the lights can still go off) 3) Our back door couldn't open from the outside - this might be a security measure though.

BEAUTIFUL resort a short walk from downtown but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff was super friendly, the room is spacious with a gorgeous balcony. The breakfast buffet was great and had a good mix of Western and local food. The surrounding campus is gorgeous. The pool is also beautiful with a waterfall and free towel service. You can rent bikes on the facilities and they have a currency exchange in the lobby. Overall we had a great time! Highly recommended

Staying in a ground floor deluxe room with balcony overlooking the pool. Stairs no good for these knees. Lovely large gardens. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are so helpful. Going to a very good range buffet breakfast soon then change some money at their own currency exchange then walk down laneway into busy Kuta. Girls holiday 2nd time here

(Wish I could give 3.5) Perfect location for me: was travelling alone and am not into clubbing, but it's still real close to the action. Good breakfast buffet, near-spotless facilities (gotta clean the bottom of that pool, guys, even in off-season), awesome staff.

BUT: Aside from the buffet, the other dishes I ordered were g.r.o.s.s. After breakfast, I highly recommend getting your feed on elsewhere.

It's a very spacious quiet luxurious hotel in the middle of the party neighbour of Kuta. Very big rooms compared to other hotels though the rooms need a little facelift , amazing stuff and location I would recommend it to everyone "don't miss the breakfast"

The hotel requires a deposit in order to open up a tab for drinks and food to be billed to your room. We stayed there on 28 Oct 2018 for 5 days and I'm still waiting for the refund. Have been following up with them and the travel agency since December 2018 with no luck.

The hotel restaurant is over priced in comparison to other nearby restaurants. Had tot wait for 2 hours before we could enter our room. Don't expect the same level of friendliness and respect as in smaller towns like Ubud.

Update: 13/05/2019
Still haven't received the refund, even though they confirmed with the travel agency that they have processed the query.

I found this hotel to be one of the best in terms of hospitality. Room service charges are quite high so you can avoid that if you want to save money. And vegetarian food variety is a bit less as compared to Non veg. Also, central money exchange centre is available within hotel between 9am-9pm. Those who wish to exchange money in IDR can get it here. Hope this helps.
