Aneka Kuta Resort & Spa Review

Really worst hotel. I forgot to tip and did not change the towel. Bed sheets are not replaced at all. The same contaminants remained on the bed for three nights and four days. It was the worst since I checked in, but it was 4:00 and entered at 4:00. Ha ... I'm a long-term traveler, but short-term travelers never come. Absolutely low proportion of Asians. It is not a hotel but a motel level. The grass is full of moss because of poor cleaning. The water color doesn't seem to go cloudy either.

This place is a little oasis, right in the middle of it all! Walk to everything. The staff are lovely and very attentive. The breakfast is nice.

Beautiful gardens and very nice staff, recommended!!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Our romantic holiday came crashing down when we got to our room and found 2 single beds and the room smelt like sewerage. The air conditioner made a terrible noise and we could sleep properly for 2 nights. Staff are nice but the rooms were small and had no tea and coffee amentities. I wouldn't stay here again

extremely nice 4 stars hotel, the breakfast and the pool above avarage, rooms are very clean and very nice, great garden, but what is truly amazing about this hotel is the location, it is in the heart of the night life in bali 2 minutes away from sky garden, and a street that never sleeps full of restaurants, bars, clubs, spas and everythings almost, just driving in and out with a car was a nightmare 40 minutes one way is the norm, that didnt take away from the experience.

I wish was not so expensive for tourists living there. The humidity
Was very very high there. But the pool closes at 22h00 which I personally would like them to be
Later open in the day it is warm to swim there and crowded.

The receptionist very rude.
The room (de luxe!) very small.
Very old forniture.
Towels and shower mat all tattered. The outdoor space towards garden and pool is not usable.
The window is fixed and can not be opened. Bathroom very narrow, only with shower, without windows and with non working air leaking.
In 20 days I traveled all over Bali this is the worst hotel I have been to.
