Fully equipped with all the facilities and lavish greenery all around all the rooms! It feels like you are living in a Villa! Though we booked standard rooms but they are no less than Villas! Highly recommended!
Good place with easy access to market place. Closer to night life. Clean and well maintained property. The only issue was that double bed was not provided to couples though booking was done well in advance with clear and specific request for a double bed room. They provided twin beds.
Really nice hotel. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Central. 1min walk from skygarden. 20mins walk to the beach. Close to convenience store and all other shops.
We have stayed at this resort 7times in the last 8years and have been very happy the staff are very friendly and helpful grounds are beautiful and a lovely pool area, very disappointed at the lack of sun lounges around pool since our last stay.
Check-in a nightmare, even if you arrive at 4pm. We were made to wait 40 mins for a room that any hotel should have had ready by 2pm, then porter took us to room but we had not been given a key and he did not have it with him so another 10 mins waiting outside room for key, then room configured incorrectly so staff member sent to change bed layout to double/king. Good news bed was reconfigured quickly so thanks. Room was nice. Checkout even worse as you will be treated like a criminal and they will not let you leave until your room has been checked; even though they were told we needed to go to the airport immediately. Disgracefull attitude towards customers. Note to hotel 50 year old couples are not the same as aussie schoolies and expect some respect.

A quiet resort in Wangzhong. Just out of the alleys are all night market shops and bars. But the hotel is very quiet and comfortable

Great place for quite n leisure time , lush green n birds chirping make morning mood aswome ,friendly and very soft spoken staff (I personally appreciate this), having all basic requirements pool,spa,bar, money exchange,cabs etc...I was here for 6 days not faced any problem and enjoyed lot the leisure time and breakfast.

Rooms were quite superb, beautifully maintained with faultless service and cleanliness could not be faulted. Breakfast daily was excellent. The pool was great with a very nice bar along side. Value was unmatchable. Best I have experienced in Bali. One problem being hearsay only. Since my last visit I am informed the bar has been closed. Apparently due to new management, If so. That s my last visit. Can anyone elucidate???
Enjoyed my entire stay at white rose until the very end, was transferring to another hotel in Ubud. Reception wouldn't book me a taxi without talking to there onsite driver first. I spoke to the driver and price was rather inflated, so went back to ask for them to book me a taxi. Reception staff rang the taxi company, apparently the taxi line was down. Convenient...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here from the 16th or march to the 23rd it was a good experience. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice. Its a very good location not far from the beach, shopping center and loads of restaurants and clubs. I recommend going to the sky garden right next door, $10 for all you can eat and drink from 5 till 9. Only problems i encountered was the bangging of doors and some immature person using the phone to ring random rooms in the early hours of the morning, obviously not the hotels fault though.

A very simple, old and very run down hotel area. It is right next to 3 nightclubs. We were in two rooms in the area because it stunk in the first room extremely drains and was extremely humid. After a long back and forth with the front desk we were allowed 3 days later then in another room. Where we had great hope that we still have a few pleasant days. Was not the room was very down and right next to discos. At breakfast when you looked around, hardly anyone looked happy. The garden is not maintained.
It was a terrible holiday in this hotel.
Stunning hotel, the polls are gorgeous, the food is Really good and it's centrally located so you can walk to the main attractions in Kuta
The resort is definitely getting older so there are some standard rooms that feel more outdated than others. The super deluxe rooms are very nice with a bathtub in the bathroom. The first standard room I got had an air conditioner that was just too old to keep up with cooling the room so I asked the front desk to switch rooms the next day for one with a newer AC, which they granted. The first room was warm enough to attract all sorts of mosquitos so was bitten several times on my face, chest and legs in my sleep. The breakfast is served from 6:30-10am and the food slightly changes every day so it is good for those that enjoy eating a little something before heading out.
The location is awesome for those wanting to stay in Kuta. It was important to me that we would be able to walk to a lot of places we want to go to and get quiet at night- which only White Rose fit the bill.
Beautiful place for a holiday, very clean rooms and great pool area, very close to the main street of kuta. Staff are all very welcoming. I have been here twice and will come back again.

Look, it's cheap, and the rooms are OK but that's about it. Breakfast is below average and they never had Tempe. It's Indonesia...there should be Tempe.

CAME WITH A SMILING FACE LEFT WITH A VERY BAD TASTE IN THE MOUTH
We booked 4 rooms but were not given a single tea/coffee maker in the room, the refrigerators were not stocked. When you order anything from room service they will ask you for cash immediately, they don't have system of charging to the room further they don't even accept USD that means if you don't have IDR you will have to stay hungry without food - very bad experience. My Wife kept her watch (Titan Raga) in the room and after the house keeping made the room the watch was lifted from the room by their staff, cant relay with valuables on their staff. The male staff at the reception who checked us in was very arrogant and was very insulting.
Strategic location behind the Bali bomb monument, unfortunately there is a room package that is not provided with hot drinking water.

It was ok grounds were nice .We had been there 5 days finally had to ask to have sheets changed .Didn't really clean bathroom had to ask they wipe it down

Service not pro. I was delayed plane and went lately to the hotel, but when i reached, I had to wait at 11pm for 10 minutes because they were setting and cleaning up the room. The room and facility was old.Just about 2.5 stars hotel

Where do I start!
The room was dark and dingy with mould on the bathroom and lots of ants off the vegetation outside the balcony. The pool was absolutely filthy, black tide mark round the small pool with dolfins that runs into the large pool, only 26 sunbeds for the whole of the hotel
In conclusion we phoned our travel agent they said it was none refundable but after sending pictures we were immediately moved after 1 night
I wish I could post pictures that we took as it is nothing like the website advert at all

Lovely place to stay. Close to the Main Street, for clubs/bars, street shopping and restaurants, not to far from the beach either. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Staff is awesome and welcoming. We got the best room in the hotel in my suggestion. Pool facing.
Breakfast is average, but I don t want to give 1 less star for that, theres lotsa places around to eat that could make up for it.
Quite location once in the resort. Pleasent staff and what you would expect for 3 star. Good breakfast as well. Just beware of tripping hazards on paths and raised ridge around pool.

We have been here 21 times & I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's nothing flash but it's everything we want. Right in the heart of Kuta.. the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is awsesome. The staff are so friendly and helpful..I do agree that the other side of the bed should have some kind of slide out table & it's own switch for the light.
