Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Review

Had a pretty good time up to the end. The service was slow and there was a shooting in the parking a man was hit in the shoulder. No security in the parking lot or out front. Not sure if there are even camera's outside. Anything can happen on a busy road like universal blvd when you serve alcohol. Families take their kids here to have fun and be safe. Not sure if id risk going back. I called the manager Tom and let him know of the shooting which he wasn't even aware of and shortly after he hung up in my face. Could definitely use a refund .

This place offers everything from food and drinks to high speed electric go karts and laser tag, just to name a few things. The best go kart track is often said to be Track 2.

Save yourself a long wait in line by making sure you register at the computers BEFORE stepping into line to pay, if you plan to race the go karts.

My only complaint is that when it's very busy, it can get chaotic trying to buy your passes at the front line. It gets loud and crowded in that area, and there's not enough room at the counter. I think this line should have been located in an enclosed room, like where the offices are, so that you can actually hear what the employees are asking you.

Always a good time....buy @ a discount by shopping at Costco for the gift card. 40% off.....always friendly. Sign your waiver release form online to beat the crowd at computers. Packages are worth the price. Membership is good if you go even 2 times a year. I go at least yearly. Kids love it. Bar upstairs. Bowling, a few cart tracks. 3d games, games, above room suspension/harness obstacle course for kids. I come here quite often. No matter if it's the Orlando/Atlanta location.

This place is expensive but it's so much fun - i've been here a few times with family and friends and it's a lot of fun - go play laser tag!

Awesome place, lots of fun. Great beer selection. Only downside is that we never received our emails showing how we did; glad we asked, otherwise it would become one of life's great mysteries. (My friend beat me every race :/ Boo that man!) Andretti IT: In case you're reading, they were gmail addresses.

The place has a great variety of games and the indoor carts are really enjoyable. The down side is the price. The games are a bit expensive (when you can directly stack them up to dave and busters) and the bowling side needs dire repair. The bowling balls look like they could tell you war stories from yesteryear.

This is only for the kart racing part of the place the rest of it i didn't try out even tho it looks like fun . okay now to the kart review, the karts are nice and drive good they are on the slow side. They seem to not have them at full speed for most of the race i felt i had 2 laps only out of the 9 you get. We had 12 karts oit and they said thats why the didnt go full speed . i came to race and have a fun time and didnt because of this. Also there are slowing drivers on the track the employees didnt see the slower cars and signal them to move over. If your looking for a fun time and not competitive this is a nice place to go

This place has it all.
Arcade, bowling and restaurant and go karts. It's the one stop shop for fun business.
The parking lot is a mad house.
I think there wasn't a lot of Arcade games, but it was sold.

It seems to me that for such a large place it should have more bathrooms. Everything else is good to spend with the family.

A lot of fun to be had, but... Prices are a little too high. $20 for a ride around the track is excessive. Also, they have a gaming system similar to monkey Joe's. Mj's is a scam. The price for a game card versus the price of the games means you'll always have a balance. Fix these and this place would get 5 stars.

This place is pretty amazing. There is an arcade here as well as a go-kart track. The go-kart track is pretty cool because it does multi-level Loops in the building. They even have a Lounge Bar for the adults to wait upstairs. There's also a bowling alley.

Had an amazing time with my family, very fun. The staff was so friendly, we will be back!

I was totally humiliated in front of my friends I was told to get off the track Because I was driving reckless On reviewing my go pro tape the manager apologized But the damage was already done I ask for refund And left the extinguishment

Wide variety of games, go-kart, bowling, but needs to improve service especially on weekends. The price is also above that of the competitors.

Very fun place. Could be better than Dave and buster's with minor adjustments.

I'm shocked at how much fun I had. As a big adult, I was so happy that I fit in the karts and that they were so quick. They're not the fastest karts in the area, but the course is so tight they feel perfect. They have two separate adult tracks and you can race them together for a total of 3 different adult tracks and 1 child track. Also they have an arcade, VR games, laser tag, aerial rope course, 4D Dark Ride, food and bars. A pretty fantastic place to beat the heat, and Tuesdays they have half price races!!

Great all-in-one place for date night or and outing. They have bowling, laser tag, kart racing (of course), good food and great drink prices (happy hour).

Wow! This has got to be a stop for you if you've ever made your way to Orlando. With a multitude of options to do from:

1st time coming here with my family and my experience was horrible. This place is a rip off- so overpriced. We spent about 200 at this place. They don't explain anything to you and my kids barely got to drive on the tracks. They just want to get the kids in and out and not give them enough track time and when I tried to voice my opinion I got nothing but attitude so of course I got an attitude right back. I don't need attitude from anybody when I'm trying to explain why my kids were not on the track long enough. Employees need to learn how to talk to people. Luis- the supposedly- " manager "has horrible customer service along with some other employees. I'm good -I won't be back to this place.

I had high hopes for this place, after many friends recommended. We as a group of friends planned a night to go here. 3-17-18. There was a total of 12 of us that meet together. 8 people which ate at their restaurant. This is where the experience went south. Thankfully there was no wait for a table of 8 at 8pm on St Patrick's Day. As we were seated we waited 17 minutes to finally have a waitress come to the table. This was after one complaint to the hostess and another complaint after that to the manager. The manager simply said to us, give us one more minute. Your waiter is finishing closing out another large party. He did not offer to take our drink orders or ask if we had any questions. Just simply the one finger gesture and walked away after he said what he said.

Finally he pulled another waitress to take our drink order, she informed us that our waiter was still busy. I asked that we place both our drink and food order since our racing was scheduled at 9pm. As she took all of our orders, finally we felt as if they wanted our business. Another 15 minutes went by and we finally got our drinks both alcohol and non alcohol.The manager that came over the first time came over to me again and asked if everything was okay now. I simply said to him no, we waited just over 30 minutes to receive our drinks

At this time we made the decision to go move all of our race times to a later time. We had to move 12 racers from 9pm to now 10:10pm because of the slow service. We received all of our food at 8:55pm even our appetizers which we wanted before our entrees as appetizers should be. My wife's appetizer of Pop Stickers had a very noticeable hair right on top of the food. They took that back to remake it. As she was preparing to eat her Mushroom and Cheese burger, she noticed there was no Mushrooms! Again she had to send back her food to have it fixed.

The food was supposed to be good as many friends said and so did other reviews. The food was average, Dave and Busters food honestly was way better and their level of service was much better than what we received at a Mario Andretti named restaurant. Because of the Restaurant our experience here was not as many has described.

The karting was fun however for larger people this can be an embarrassing experience. If your tall like me they have adjustments for that. If you are larger in size there is no adjustments or wider seat options. A couple of people within my group had a hard time fitting and my wife could not fit in the seat due to her hips. We have karted together before with no issue at other places. Most of these places had a test seat or test kart outside the race track so you could make sure you fit before you waited in line to pay. My wife did not exceed any of the physical restrictions either.

They refunded my wifes racing to the membership card rather than my credit card. Probably because of some policy. At this point I could never see us coming back so we blew threw our money on the cards and did everything we paid for. The dark room experience was fun but was too short. Laser tag was average and the two stories was a neat feature about it. The room was a little small for the size groups it can handle. The ropes course was the best experience out of the others. Those employees were very helpful and I and my wife enjoyed that.

Redeeming the tickets, was a longer than wanted wait. Dave and busters has a better system which was quicker than the system they had set up here. The nice thing about dave and busters ticket redemption room was you knew before you went in how many points you had and it was setup like a store where you shopped for what you could afford and then stood in line to purchase the items. This process took just over 45 minutes to redeem only 1525 tickets.

As we were leaving the best part of the night was seeing either a manager or supervisor that was leaving to go home outside picking up trash off the side walk. He stopped stood up and said thank you for stopping by and have a good night.

Kinda pricey since its in the tourist area but good for a fun evening

Friendly staff, 3 indoor go kart tracks. Fair prices on the arcade games. Great place to play, rain or shine.

Wow, what a great place to visit for great indoor fun in the Orlando area. The karts are a blast and the game options are fantastic. If it's raining and you're looking for something to do indoors, look no further. This place is awesome and full of good times.

This was the lamest gaming experience I have ever had. The staff is really not friendly or helpful to out of towners. I would not recommend this place to anyone vacationing in Orlando. I spent $100.00 for absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fun and refreshing new arcade. All games are $1.50+ a play. A few cents cheaper if you are vip. A little pricey for weekly regular visits. They will need some specials. Like half price days.

Raced carts for my husband's birthday. Lots of fun! Track three was the best!

This place is a lot of fun! I did cart racing, bowled, had dinner and played some arcade games.

Gocarts are fun but the games are spendy. Employee's seemed indifferent but overall the place is good.

It's a cool concept, lots to do. The staff on the gaming floor all seemed completely miserable. When we had an issue at one of the kiosks we asked the girl standing there for assistance. She mumbled something to the effect of "yeah it does that". That was the extent of the help.

Totally rocked two courses, staff is excellent too.

Family game night taken to the 5th level . So much to do under one roof . I would highly recommend this attraction.

Nothing made me feel like it was original and I would return. The games are overpriced for a family to enjoy. The food was cold and not tasty. My beer tasted water down. It's a nice & clean venue. The workers were pleasant as well.

Fantastic place to relax and place some arcade games, as well as race your friends in the indoor go-kart track.

This is the perfect place to get distracted and blow some steam. Definitely going back.

Went last night to this place and it is NOT safe for covid. We called ahead to ask about capacity and safety precautions for covid and they said they operated at 25% capacity. The place was packed. Lines weren't following social distancing. I counted about 4 hand sanitizing stations (one was empty) and they were really difficult to find and access. Went around 4pm left around 8pm and the parking lot was packed. The room to check in for go karting was packed. No one was enforcing or following social distancing.

For the go kart helmets you do have to keep your mask on and wear a head sock. But i saw staff not sanitizing all the helmets. I literally walked in the area where you're supposed to get a helmet, saw people place their used helmets in the center racks and one of the staff members started distributing those used helmets to my group. Did not see anyone sanitize or use their uv sanitizing station. They were running behind but the staff was overwhelmed and management needs to give them more time in between races to prepare helmets, racers and not have a small area be so packed.

We paid for the $35 package but did not end up using all of it. Definitely not worth your safety. Please don't go during this pandemic. Many people brought their kids and its just not safe.

They need to have hand sanitizer more accessible and need to stop overpacking the place. It should be 25% of usable customer space and not 25% of the whole facility, because the area customers will be in won't be on those tracks. They need to subtract the space used by machines and allotted for the tracks, bowling alleys, and laser tag area from the total square footage to truly get the usable square footage that customer will be congregating in.

Omg ... this is a playground not only for kids but adults as well. Virtual reality, zip line, bowling, go carts, arcade, laser tag, food and drinks are all awesome. Will definitely take the kids back again!

It was okay because we were given so many different directions on how to get tickets to ride the go karts. Then when we rode I had a go kart that wouldn't hardly go. The response from the worker was to shrug his shoulders like oh well. We probably won't go back.

VR experience was super cool. This is a super sized Dave and Buster's, however everything works and the place is super up to date. Highly recommend date night!

This place it s great to spend time with kids. You can find food and some drinks. My son and I had a blast time. Arcade zone is nice but kartings is the best!! They have a bar that you can see how they are doing. Adults enjoyed bowling. Kids had fun with laser tag. Resume excellent place.

Karting track is really fun especially with a group of friends.

Racing was fun but you tell us it s a time only race and then forget to put my kart into the system so I had no time.

My experience here started off great ! I wanna start with stating that I m very happy with there military discount not sure if it s 15 or 20% but I know it s very fair ! Josh was a very great at his job ! At making my group feel welcome! Everything here went well the go karting was great ! Other than josh and a few other employees ! The customer service is horrible ! After go karting I played one of the crane games , and won a ball (had no intentions of keeping this ball ) there was lots of prizes on top of this crane machine so I attempted to put the ball up there , which lead another ball to fall down ! I was approached by the manager Brian since he was notified about the $5 teddy bear falling down , which I did end up giving the bear to a crying little boy with intentions to pay for it ... after having A (10minute ) conversation with brain about the teddy bear and me offering to pay .. my 2 groups went to josh at the customer service desk to pay for laser tagging tickets. My 2 groups than proceeded to the waiting area for laser tagging. I wanna say about 5 minutes later the 2-3 year old boy I gave the teddy bear to entered the room , and a 8-12 year old girl .. and some more kids , they asked to play catch with the bouncy ball I won early I played catch with all them and even one employee , until 5 minutes later 2 security guards walk in the room and walk upto me asking for a teddy bear that I stole .... I was very confused as to why I m being approached by 2 body builders than before I could even speak another 4 security guards enter this dark room and box me in a corner ... I explained to them that I gave that teddy bear away and that it s not stolen ... I offered numerous times to pay for the bear , but instead they asked me to leave the building and walked up to this poor 2-3 year old boy and snatched the teddy bear from him and escorted me out shortly after ... I felt so bad for the little boy that I gave his parents a $100 bill and told them to go buy the poor little boy whatever size bear he wants ! Every kid in that room was a little nervous , and I don t blame them at all ! If Brian has a problem with the situation he should of address it while we were talking in front of the crane machine ! I called and spoke to Scott regarding the incident , I was told he wasn t Debriefed , and that he would look into this situation and call me back the following day! I never recieved a call back , will be forwarding all recorded phone calls , and videos to the corporate office !

Loved the go carts, but more than 10 people trying to eat one time the service is slow and bad.

Great place to have fun. They should have more stuff and an easier way to understand their memberships and games. The only good racing track is 3. Staff was friendly and the food good.

The prices are high and to be able to ride the karting car, only 7 minutes for $$$
