Lots of fun, the karts were awesome, but the wait was crazy. Didn't have a problem waiting cause we didn't register and got there prime hour but the service at the bar was horrible. I ordered a old fashion, the bartender had no one else there ordering except me and she left. Came back 10 minutes later. Still left an undeserved tip. Would add more stars when i got back and see if the service improved.

What an amazing place. There is so much to do here. They have Laser tag,a ropes course, 4d theater, 2 virtual reality experiences, tons of great arcades and the go karts are amazingly incredible. They are so fast and the course is 2 stories highly! I have never seen that before. The staff is amazing and the food is to die for! The only thing i can tell people about this place is to go!
I'll break this down into two parts, the restaurant and the arcade.
The restaurant: When we walked up to the hostesses (there were 3 of them) they were talking among themselves and didn't immediately acknowledge us. When one of them did, she asked us what we wanted. We of course said we would like to dine in (isn't that usually what you want when you approach the hostess?) She took us (party of 4) to a small table. Since I could clearly see that the restaurant was fairly empty, I asked if we could be seated in a booth. She had to go ask, and came back and said that the booths were reserved for larger groups. I was perplexed because I could obviously see that the booths that were currently occupied (with the exception of one) all had parties of 4 in them. Additionly, the party seated right after us included two people and they were seated in a booth. I don't know why we were treated differently than the other guests, but I have to wonder if it was race. I don't know, but I definitely didn't like it. So the hostesses were rude and possibly racist, at least the food will be good, right...NOT! It was a big ole meh. The menu is comparable to other similar game/arcade places in variety and price. I had a pasta dish that was unseasoned and watery. Of our four dishes, the only thing that was good were the fries one of my kids got. The only star in this poop experience of a restaurant was our server Michael. He was very friendly and anticipated our every need. Despite his great service we would never eat here again.
The arcade: The arcade is similar to Dave and Busters and Main Event. There are lots of good games and there's also dark rides, ropes, and kart racing. The line for purchasing is disorganized and there is no one to explain the computers they have set up for registration (you must complete prior to getting in line). The games were a lot of fun, but the prizes awarded for tickets are the crappiest of any arcade we've been to in Orlando outside of the arcade in McDonald's (the large one on Idrive and Sand Lake). For this reason, even though the arcade was really cool, there are much better overall experiences in Orlando if you like to do this type if thing.
So, the go kart racing here is the best I have done in Orlando and I have been to a few places. The one for adults is two stories and has some great turns in it. The karts are electric with good acceleration and top speed. It's $22 per 7 minute race at standard pricing and there is a really large arcade with lots of games and attractions to distract you while you wait for your race. My friend and I got two races in two hours and had a lot of fun in the arcade. Definitely recommend the Groupon deal. The reason for three stars: poor management/ organization. Never had to watch safety briefing or get an overview of how to drive the karts or an explanation of the track layout or how to drive well. Overall, they could have organized things better and made things more clear.
Fun and entertainment for most ages and all who are young at heart. The drinks were priced reasonably, the food was typical fare for this type of environment. If the food was more worthy of the Andretti name and bar service faster, I would have given 5 stars. Honestly, like the atmosphere but would have enjoyed more upscale food choices. Entertainment with excellent food is a winning combination.
Very fun place, my family enjoys it a lot, but my wallet not so much. Is almost a theme park inside, their quality of entertainment is great but also at a considerably
I have updated my rating to 3 stars after the initial issue I had. I would like to go higher because they tried to do good for me after everything, but 3 stars it is.
Within days of writing my review, I was contacted by the person who watches their social media, and was put in contact with a manager at the location. Cannot remember his name because it was 4 months ago and we spoke on the phone. He went ahead and said he would give me a few comp items for my next visit, because he wanted me to enjoy what they had to offer.
A few weeks later, I decided to go back with 3 friends. I showed up early to handle any issues that may come up. I waited in the VIP Member line, since I had signed up for VIP last visit. Nobody helped me or acknowledged me as I waited there, they kept helping the regular line, which is fine, but don't put a vip line if it serves no purpose. By the time my friends got there, we had no desire to be there anymore, so we went bowling down the street at Kings.
Last week I decided to go back, I had some friends in town. So again, I showed up before everyone to make sure there weren't any issues. I stood in the regular line this time. Funny thing, the person ended up assisting me at the VIP counter. I explained the issue and really online had the Facebook conversation I had had with the Social Media person. She couldnt find anything in my profile mentioning that I had credits, so she called the manager.
The Manager came over, very nice lady. I did a brief explanation, and showed her the facebook convo. She had mentioned that they had switched over to a new system, and that may be the reason why anything that would have been in my file was now gone. She asked a few questions and basically gave me everything I had said I was promised. So I am glad she didn't make me wait or go thru anything else this time, she told me to sign the waiver again because of the new system and when m friends arrived, to have the sign up and come back to the counter.
We all signed our waiver, went back to the young lady who was helping us earlier and she signed us up for the next race and gave us the 1 hour of free games.
After we did everything, we left.
I feel like there are better options in the area than this place. But thank you to the team for address the issue.

Very disappointing. I went last week for my Birthday, and one thing was made clear, this place really caters to tourists, with no real effort to create a repeat customer. The service is pretty bad, and the food is not good at all. First off, we had asked to race at a certain time, and the cashier had printed our ticket for an earlier time, so we were late to our race, and then were told we had to wait over an hour for the next race with space. I understand, its limited, so they couldn't squeeze my party in, and yeah, maybe we should have looked to verify the time on the ticket, but we didn't and a big mistake was made. Well, the main thing I went for, I didn't get to do. No refunds were given, instead converted into credit for food and drinks that we had bought and luckily hadn't paid yet. I stayed with the ticket for the karting on my vip card, because I live near by, but my Guests do not live near by and honestly will never go back to this place again. The food was flavor was very basic, and didn't taste well. Around the place, the employees weren't very attentive, except for 2 that stood out, one was Monique at the upstairs bar, she was amazing, and the other person i dont remember his name, but he helped us out at the VR shooting experience. The lazer tag also fun. Because of them I didn't give a 1 star rating. You need more people at the customer service counter, because I over heard of many other mistakes made that day from other guests talking in line. You have one person there who has to call someone everytime for an over ride. I spent more time in the customer service line than actually enjoying activities. I will go back to use the credits on my card, and never again.
Great place for friendly competition or to show who is a better driver. Multiple tracks to choose from, indoor gaming and adventure area, fill service bar and bowling alley. Great place for kids and adults no matter the occasion
There are a lot of fun things to do here. As long as the kids are taller than 48 in, they will have a lot of fun. The food and drinks are great for the parents as well. The go-karting is fun for adults and the bowling is fun for the entire family.
Great fun great food only reason for 4 stars is because if you don't use all the money in your card you lose it all there should be a way to get money back or trade it for tickets with it being such a tourist area
Adrenaline rush. The race was an opportunity to be strategic. At first I was pursuing the person in front of me. Then I saw someone in back of me. Defense, offense. Back forth. I have a new found respect for the skill of driving race cars.
Stopped in for a bit before our flight out. Video games are geared more for kids. Service at the bar was great. The one game we wanted to play was down. (the hologram game) The girls at the desk to get cards and pay for stuff were more interested in talking to each other than helping us out.
I know it's not a serious place for karting it is a fun card dressed up as a speedy karting. The simulator is one car one track and I wouldn't say it was worth the 1295. The carding some of the guys had problems with their carts and the staff was a kid that happens sometimes not let me check that card afterwards just not how I would run a business to try to keep people I'll stick to my traditional outdoor gas-powered karting
I was the first on track today at 11:10 am. I know most of the Go kart tracks in Florida but this one exceeded my expectation. The crew was friendly. Excelent enviroment. I love it. Taking my whole family this weekend.
Had a bachelor party at this location and we all had a great time. We had our own host to guide us along and make sure we had a fantastic experience. Food is fantastic. Highly recommended for events and can t wait to return
Very cool place with a lot to do. The VR racing was cool. Go karts were fun, but we were all the same exact speed so no one could pass anyone. A little pricey.
It a lovely place to go with family and friends my first time there was this 4/3/18 I had a wonderful time lots of games and bowling nice and clean eating area I will be going again staff friendly and helpful keep up the good work Daves and busters has nothing on andretti
It was a nice place, but the food it is over priced. For the amount they serve, at a table of four they add their own tips, with out notice to you. So that means the waitress received a double tip. Your welcome by the way, Happy Holidays
A great place to visit if you are looking for something to do in Orlando, that is fun for all and not a theme park. We have been here several times and it is a fun place to go every once in a while or if your on vacation. It s crowded on the weekends and especially during the rain. Tips Arrive early Get in line for the computers to sign waivers if your doing go carts, then proceed to the second line which is more crowded to buy your tickets. You must do this or you will be directed to the back of the line. If you are only going for the games then you can just purchase a card at the machines. We have eaten meals here twice and they were good, a little bit expensive but you didn t feel like it was a rip off or not worth the money, so I would say the food experience is good. They also have bars and alcohol. Think of this place as an upscale arcade and go cart track not a cheap arcade. The games are expensive so choose wisely to make your money last. Avoid trying to win tickets for prizes as the points are high for cheap prizes, instead just have fun with the games and your family or company. Overall a great experience every once in a while
This is a very nice place to have fun with your kids and friends, there are a lot of games, bar, food and the karting track is great, everything is indoors and very clean and well designed.
My family had a blast here! We purchased $45 combo tickets which included go karting, lazer tag, a 3D Interactive movie, and $10 in game tokens. It was definitely worth the price. The place is immaculate and looks amazing. You can also bowl and dine. It's only minutes away from Icon Park. I highly recommend visiting this establishment if you're in Orlando. You will have tons of fun!
This review almost needs to be broken down into two separate reviews but since that's not an option, I'll do my best to be thorough.
Atmosphere: This place has everything you could need for a fun and exciting day. Mind you,, if you try out everything, it'll cost about as much as a full day at Magic Kingdom or Universal, but for locals that go to those places all of the time, this is a good way to mix things up. They have a ropes course (doesn't look like it's worth what's being charged relative to other courses in the area). A room with Laser Tag which we played and had a great time. The room is two-levels. If your friends aren't paying attention you can get up there and pick them off several times before you're spotted.
There's a VR ride that's in the dark. We didn't go on this ride but we did watch. I saw multiple instances of children being scared when they were on it and requesting to get off. One of the girls was crying when she came out. I'd estimate her age at around 7-years-old. Just something to be aware of if you have kids.
There's bowling which we didn't try but it looks as good as most other bowling alleys I've seen. Everything was modern and clean.
Lots of video games. We each picked up a $10 card and played. No complaints there.
Go Kart Racing, which is the main reason that we were there. There are 3 tracks. Track 1 is for kids and track 2 and 3 are for adults or grown kids. Track 2 is supposed to be the faster track however I had a slow kart compared to the rest of the people on the course. I was being passed on straightaways as if I were standing still. It wasn't fun at all for me but unless you get a slow kart you'll have fun. Each race is 8 minutes long and you race as many laps as you can get in during that time period.
Track 3 is upstairs and has a lot more hills and curves. This time I had a good kart and really enjoyed the racing on the track. The run time is also 8 minutes
A few tips: If you wear flip flops or open toe shoes you'll have to use their shoes like at a bowling alley. If that creeps you out, plan ahead and wear or bring shoes with a closed toe. You also have to wear a helmet with a spandex hair cap underneath. That didn't bother me but I did hear a woman nearby that wasn't thrilled about it. To me, it's common sense that you're going to be wearing a helmet in a race but it's obviously not something that everyone will think about.
Food: The menu seems like it's going to be fantastic. If you don't want to ruin that fantasy, don't order anything. The food wasn't terrible but it also wasn't great. Although one member of our party did send hers back because it wasn't cooked properly.
I ordered a mac and cheese hamburger. The burger comes with onion which I asked to have left off. I also asked for BBQ sauce on the side because I don't particularly like ketchup or mayonnaise. When my burger arrived the onions were on top. I removed them and the burger was pretty good. However, I didn't get the sauce that I had asked for. I told the waiter and he said that he'd bring it right back. 10 minutes I had to ask a manager for it. Within about a minute and a conversation with the manager, which we could see, our server returned and handed it to me but did not even say sorry for the wait He was MIA the rest of the time we were there until we were there.
My recommendation would be to plan to eat somewhere else or order something from the bar area or a snack.
Service and Staff: This is where the review really falls apart. At no point during our visit did any of us feel as if the staff had any interest in their jobs. More than anything, they just wanted to hang out and talk to each other.
Interactions Entrance: Completely ignored. When we finally asked someone where you go to register and get set up, we were simply told, "it's up front" by a girl who literally did not even look up at us. Staff didn't care about my car being slow. No apology. Laser Tag; barely talked to us. Food service was abysmal. I wanted to love this place, but they really make it difficult. Will try again.
Had a great time! We arrived around 11am which was great because we left before it started getting busy around 4pm. The karts are must. Track 2 has the most turns but Track 3 has longer straights and banks. Laser tag was fun as well as the racing simulator. Food was reasonably priced as well. Definitely going back soon!
