The devices are good, but the last customer service conversations I had about a defective new device was a single disaster with an incompetent, incompetent customer service employee named Mr M ***** who has no idea and he seriously said STIHL couldn't Responsibility has to be taken because I already had the device in operation and no matter how strange the talk, and only when I pulled up other pages in an email were those at STIHL still able to take responsibility for this defect through a nice employee and other things you can do with defects as a layperson cannot find out about the technology.
Bought a moisture meter from stihl, at a dealer in the Netherlands.
This moisture meter indicates incorrect values !!
As a hunter, I always have my little battery Stihl, it's always something. Although I had to remember at first because of the battery> winter cold, but has never let me down. Thank you
I bought the STIHL FSA45 cordless(!) trimmer, what a fantastic gardentool! Many user options and I especially like the blades in stead of using the plastic cords. Before I used Gardena and Flymo trimmers but this one beats them all.
