Car purchased through another garage company. Van Boxtel will not be heard. After a week and a half, the purchase was apparently canceled by the management without a decent message. Apparently a verbal agreement is not binding for this company and they do not comply with the law.

Was familiar with it for 12 years, a TOP company. Perfect treatment and good and friendly service every year. That is why I bought a new Toyota Yaris Hybrid where the service was also optimized, which in my view could not be better. And indeed what is now being offered seemed impossible, but it is really true. Again, carefree driving for the future.

I have become a top company in my opinion, bought a second hand Renault Twingo for the first time 2 years ago, and rolled in my old Twingo.
Arranged a deal within 10 minutes where I was disappointed time and again at the Renault Dealer, where I was a regular customer of new cars.
Also the maintenance & service when my battery broke down and it was not in stock, just great.
Here the customer is still king, and not a number like with Renault

Recall Action Toyota. Appointment was made so. Brought the car in the morning and ready again at the end of the day. Replacement transport also arranged very well. Car was nicely washed when I went to pick it up again.

Recently bought a nice occasion. An Auris hybrid, drive great. Despite an inconvenience with smelly air conditioning solved well to date. The communication with salesman Martin Luijpen went very well. So good that today we have bought a second beautiful car, a nice IQ. Jos van Boxtel is doing well. A point, .. the clarity and friendliness in the sales conversation I do not always find back at the workplace. There are still some differences in communication. May be worked on and we trust that.

Gosh what a bad company and you are not kindly helped with a slanted eye, you are looked at and you are labeled as a fraud. Because according to them it is impossible that the damage could be the cause of a parking basement. I therefore nicely called the insurance with this story because I do not want to be treated like that. I am fully insured.

Bought a car for 8000 euros from Jos van Boxtel. Been horribly broken twice in one year. Jos van Boxtel has promised to perform a diagnosis (free of charge) to see if the part would be reimbursed by them or whether I had to pay for it. Costs would come to 1300 for me so I wanted my car back because it could be at another garage for half. Now I have to incur 585 diagnostic costs. Car has been there for a week and they don't want to give it back before I put 585 on the counter for a diagnosis that would be carried out for free .. Very disappointing company ..

Test drive made in a car, shown interest and afterwards asked a few questions about the car and its maintenance. Could not answer the questions yet so would be answered after the weekend. Next day received a call that the car was sold. Unreliable and unprofessional!
