Had a very special experience here this week. Left...

Had a very special experience here this week. Left my work van here for gearbox issues. More damage was found on the bottom. Including radiator and intercooler, I got a call that I could catch my bus and that the rental car was needed. I am told that my bus can last another week or 2 and then breaks down, but because this must first be reported to the insurance via a damage form, I have to drive it again until it is sent. An employee of the dealer thought this was unsafe, I too. Apparently this doesn't matter much with this garage ...

The rental car was good by the way.

Brilliant Service! I heard some rattling under my Renault. Dropped by, checked immediately, problem would be solved within an hour, given a loan car, picked up the car a little later and ... it turned out to be a guarantee. To top it all off, the car was also washed. Top company with top service. Recommended in the first category!

A while ago I contacted Jongerius several times over the telephone about a clio, I could have the car for the agreed price, I then said that I would take a look.
After a few days I see the same car for more priced. Again calls if the car was still for sale at the old price, not so, anyway

Good service, did not let me down when my bus was not to be repaired on the same day. Must still drive 150 kilometers home, so replacement transport received in extremely busy period for them.

What an awful dealer. Comes with nothing in terms of appointment and delivered the most thoroughly bad cars.This was in April.We are now on May 10, daughter's birthday cozy (pretty not) boiling engine, you are back weer glowing glowing and so have I say with the traffic every month something or 3000 euros expenses per year x10 super such a dealer Jongerius from woerden

4 offers already in my pocket, all around the same amount for my car.
Then another chance was given to this dealer.
Get a younger version of Jongerius in front of me with the fireplaces tight and a much too fat and fussy watch on his wrist.
Then he comes with a bid that is over 2000 euros lower and there is no room to do anything with the purchase amount, because otherwise they will not earn anything.
Even though I would get a car for free, I would set it on fire earlier than drive it.
Never had such a bad feeling with a car dealer as with these people.
These are the car dealers who ruin the name of the great profession, so they are often seen as scammers.
I did not trade in a Renault and that is why the amount for the trade-in was so low, eventually I exchanged my car with another Renault dealer, which gave me over 2500 euros more in his first offer and was immediately honest what he could mean for us.
THAT is doing business and not like Jongerius first trying to find out if she can scam you for thousands of euros / want to earn extra from you (because the other Renault dealer gives 2500 euros more back and must also earn on that, which makes sense because everyone wants bread on the shelf, but not everyone has a thick golden Rolex on his wrist)

The delivery was great!
Everything according to: Appointment is appointment! It was arranged and taken care of to perfection.
An experience that many sellers can learn from!

Friendly sellers, unfortunately that is not enough. Some sellers are often not available, so a call-back request is made. Called several times, several times I would be called back and to this day that still has to happen. If I would buy my car here and would like to have contact with my "salesperson" about a question or problem, he would not even call back. Very bad. Now no longer trust in the company.

Saturday January 28 an appointment for a test driv...

Saturday January 28 an appointment for a test drive with a Kadjar diesel. Arrived in Woerden, the car is in the showroom and we are told that we are not allowed to drive it by the previously mentioned seller on this site with too large a watch. Colleague should have reported that but did not do that, so we drove 80 km for nothing. First a report had to be made about sales and see if we could technically come out of it. Then maybe a test drive could be made. Seller has driven our car. Even more kilometers ..................
We said we could not agree on a price because we had never driven in the Kadjar so what are we talking about?
Now we are in the system, which we did not want. But allowed because we hoped to be able to make a test drive so that we had driven the 80 km for a reason. After a long talk we couldn't figure it out, the price that was mentioned was too high for us because we didn't know what we were buying for it. Who buys a car without having driven it? During our conversation, the seller went to a colleague many times. What was a mystery to us but very rude. We were also told (by chance ??) a phone call from someone who wanted to buy the car. Yes, yes, the car has been in the showroom for several months and just like we are there for that car a phone call comes in, after the seller had just visited his colleague ??? Call from the colleague and nice play ?? To put pressure on us. You understand that we left very angry. We have still asked for expense reimbursement for the fuel but they could not start. We understand yes, but it is not our fault that we were not allowed to drive that car. We could have been told that earlier when we made an appointment. We were clearly !! We wanted to give him a nice hand, but he didn't take it! Where are your manners ???

Three stars for a good deal and for help with fina...

Three stars for a good deal and for help with financing for a new Trafic.
One of the conditions was to buy a year of maintenance ... all fine.
Only the salesman told me that I would have to bring the bus to the garage within a year for that maintenance or else that would be ... logical. So I went to the garage at the end of the first year, but it turned out, the bus was not ready for maintenance (according to the schedule (40,000 km) (it was 32,000), so Renault did not carry out that maintenance either. I did not care about that prepaid maintenance, except that it was a condition for financing.
Then the dealer called and who confirmed the story, only the seller concerned was on vacation, he would respond but never did. That is all in all a bit of a bad aftertaste to a good deal.
Meanwhile, 40,000 km turned and 420, - (extra) paid for first maintenance.

Very expensive in terms of maintenance: 400 lost for brake discs and shoes replaced at a Twingo. 2nd time here, now the confirmation that a dealer maintained car is unnecessarily expensive. Fortunately it was acknowledged afterwards that an alternative could have been proposed and there was a contribution towards the costs. Excellent service afterwards.
