Got a email from one of their recruiters saying they wanted to talk to me about a position. I responded to the email and was told, sure...what time is good for you? 7 Phone calls later...I still don t have a clue what they were calling about. Every time they were supposed to call me they failed to! I d call back after each time and would leave a vm basically asking them to call me back. When I did get in touch when I made the effort to call them, they were always too busy to talk and would call right back. Bear in mind, they contacted me FIRST! After 3 days and a lot of annoyance I called and spoke to this recruiter s (using that term loosely), and the manager told me that there was a communication breakdown on both sides. Seriously??? Will never respond to them again! Probably them most unprofessional group I ve ever spoken with!
I am very happy with my experience working with Anchor Point. My recruiter was very responsive and helpful and I am thrilled with my new position obtained through them. Recruitment agencies have become less and less personal over the past few years and it was refreshing to work with someone who took their time, understood my goals, and then took care of all the details on relatively short notice.
