Everything bout this location just screams Romantic,Tranquil and Heaven!!!. I booked this location for my 5th Anniversary and the 2 days spent here was just Bliss!!.The staff were very polite...we were take care of the moment we stepped out of the car. Thanks Bobby, made the check in process so easy. The evening desert walk was a great experience, our guide Marina made it a trip to remember.

The Breakfast at Al Waha was super...you are just spoilt for choice!!. We had dinner at Suhail..was just so perfect. Hats off to the Chef I don't think I have had a perfect steak..yet!.The staff was just amazing, waiters very polite...and observant and assist you whenever u need it(even if you don't know it)
The journey to get there is long...But the experience you get there is totally worth it.Truly a Jewel in the middle of the Big Dunes of Liwa.
Thank you all

A hotel to relax and clear mind is different from the rest of the hotels as it is in the beautiful sandy oasis that overlooks the distinctive service and the delicious food

A little far from the city Abu Dhabi, around 3hr drive. Far but tottaly worth it.
The desert is inside the Empty Quater desert which is the biggest desert in the Arabian Gulf. It covers 4 countries Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen and of course UAE.
It is open for public to visit but if the resort is busy. The access isn't guaranteed.
After reaching the entrance, you need to drive another 12km inside the desert. It's breathtakingly beautiful.
Watch out for the animals they are roaminh around freely.
Prepare your fuel tank before you go, because the petrol pump are only 2 and far from the city once you take the exit to Hameem road.
Enjoy

An incredibly magical place. One of the nicest and greatest resorts I have ever visited. The activities are good too. We did the falcon show, archery, night walk and camel rides for sunrise and all 4 were awesome. The spa was good too and the food as well. We had a dinner dining by design and unfortunately I have to say that it was very disappointing. The food lukewarm, it was super windy and icy cold. In my opinion, that should have been canceled. We did not enjoy it and were happy when it was over. It was just nothing special. I've already done Dining by Design at Anantara Golden Triangle and it was worth every penny. In any case, I can only advise against it, even in good weather, the price-performance ratio would not be justified. I have to say that we had a Royal Pool Villa (very, very great!) And ordering a meal on the patio would have been more likely. We arrived with a rental car from Dubai, which we had for the entire week in UAE just to get to the resort and it was not only worth the price, it was just the easiest way to get there and back. It was about 4 hours if I remember correctly and a very easy and relaxed ride. With googlemaps we downloaded the map beforehand. Almost impossible to get lost! Beware of the lightning every 2 km :)
We stayed there for 3 nights and found it to be optimal in terms of duration.

We stayed in this magnificent resort on Christmas day waiting for the ring-to-eclipse of the sun of the next day, a real oasis in the desert with all the imaginable comforts, the Christmas dinner I didn't think to find oysters, prawns and every other delicacy in the middle of the desert, truly a unique experience

Three hours from Dubai by taxi. Worthy of the hotel name of the mirage. There is only this hotel around. There are various views, but looking at the rising sun in the desert and the setting sun, it is really the best. Breakfast is delicious, but other restaurants are futo. There are many delicious things to eat in Japan. But by saying that I enjoy the atmosphere. If you stay for a long time, I think room service is good.
The pool is a kind of warm water so I can swim any time. It was fine even in New Year.
The staff are all friendly and fluent in English. There is no staff who can speak Japanese, so I can not speak at all! When it comes to personal travel is a bit tedious. If I said the way home, I can get a taxi.

Nestled deep in the empty quarter, with the drama of the desert backdrop qasr al Saraab was like a dream . The food is great , service is great , everyone is SO friendly and welcoming . The excursions are brilliant . Especially sand duning and the camel rides . The rooms were luxurious.

A magical place in the middle of magical Arabian desert. Your breath will be taken by the scenic dunes. If it wasn't for Qasr Al Sarab, we wouldn't have gone to Liwa. It's a stunning spot! I would give this place five stars if our room was ready on time. The check-in and check-out process was frustratingly lengthy.

I stayed here for my honeymoon, this place was fantastic. I had an amazing time, the resort was beautiful. The rooms are lovely and a great size, the staff on site are friendly and very helpful. To your needs, by the pool they provide regular water bottles to keep you hydrated. The breakfast buffet was great I had a lovely feast the duration of my stay, the dinner options were nice too. The resort was not too busy when I went, as it was in the summer months. So if you like a quiet stay but can manage the heat I'd recommend you stay then. They also have a variety of activities to do whilst in the desert, we opted for Camel riding. But you can do sand dune boarding, quad biking and more. I'd recommend this place to all. The only downside was that the USB option on the TV did not work, and I was unable to plug in my laptop via HDMI.

What an experience. I had the opportunity to go there spend a full day in this Arabian mirage ambiance. The food, the service, the decoration, everything was just exquisite. Unfortunately I could not stay the night to see the rooms and use the facilities so I can not rate these services.

Phenomenal in every possible way. The setting, the views, the rooms, the service, the pool, the evening turndown, the nice little anniversaey cake touch, the food (breakfast was great, Souheil was great/average depending on the dish)...etc. Minus 1 star because ultimately it's a hotel and hotels are for sleeping first and foremost. After a great late evening at the restaurant my wife and I were woken up loudly by a call from one of the hotel staff at 6:00 am, only to be apologized to because it was by accident. Needless to say we couldn't fall back asleep so our sleep was ruined. In another hotel I would've made a big fuss because I didn't get the main thing I paid for.

It was beautiful, alone the journey is an experience, yes it takes 2.5 hours but you experience pure nature. The hotel is like a sand castle and you feel like a king from start to finish. Alone the check in is something special, you do not have to worry about anything, the car is parked immediately, you will be accompanied (of course you do not have to open the door yourself) you get a super delicious drink and refreshment towels and everyone is so friendly , And so it goes on and on, in the restaurants, at the pool (there is also something refreshing) and in the spa the ladies radiate to the bet. The prices are slightly higher than in the city, but the service is better and therefore absolutely justified.
We will definitely be back! Thank you Qasr al Sarab by Anantara!

Speechless. Nothing I can complaint. Perfect place ever. I had really great time and unforgettable place for everything. Begun with welcome drinks, details of located water in the room, nice pool at night, feeling amazing of middle of real desert, worth breakfast, each place had theme like library etc., prepared small souvenir and filled with small water in my car for going back. Impressed experience ever from the beginning and at the end.

Great place to to spend some off-time with the family. Services and amenities are amazing. They provide free rides on golf carts. Onsite restaurants could have been better but nothing too shabby. Metaphorically speaking, a pearl in the desert . Try to go there during nice weather. Desert can get too hot in the day and too cold during night time.

It's like living the tales of Arabian nights. Sipping a chilled beer at the sundowner lounge watching the sunset in the middle of the golden dunes is the best part of the whole journey. A great place to experience the desert.

We had rented a one bedroom pool villa.
Our stay was really enjoyable. We had privacy as well as ease of access to any facility. A buggy ride was just a call and max two minutes away.

We could see the sunset from our room and pool, which was just beautiful. Considering the time of the year (September) it wasn't hot or very humid as such.

The staff service was also of the highest order. From the security at the desert entrance to the valet, receptionist, concierge, room service, and everyone in between, all were very polite and helpful and ensured you had a pleasurable experience every step of the way. A big shout out to Theresa, and Afridi who were especially helpful and friendly.

It is on the expensive side. However, you get what you pay for. With that being said, since the restaurant options were limited the price was a bit higher what I would've expected.

Will definitely come back!

The shower doesn t work. The fire alarm keeps beeping. The restaurant has half of the dishes not available. They are just willing to give us 50% percentage of the food. WTH. I just stayed in a 400$ room where I can t even take a shower.
