Very relaxing and enjoyable day trip to the island. Staff very friendly and the beaches are clean and tranquil. Lunch at Ted's the American dinar was good with large portions and excellent service. Kids enjoyed the banana boat watersport. Only downs are that not all the facilities are available for a day visit and ratio of food to activity allowance on the entrance ticket could be better. So we were unable to use the activity voucher for the spa and wellness centre, golf putting or kids club. Overall I had a relaxing time and enjoyed the stay.

Worst customer service! Definitely not coming back.

It's our 2nd year family day here. And it's still an excellent experience for us. The whole group are enjoyed and happy. Specially the kids and that's the most important things. A very nice place.

Wonderful 5 star resort. Lots of things there, restaurants, bowling, golf, surfing etc.

Not quite happy with the food. Probably as we came during Ramadan season, did not find much choice in the food stamps the only restaurant open. Not many indoor activities available for the summer... which is generally longer in the country.

The staffs were cooperative and very good at providing assistance and service as and when needed

It was an amazing experience at Banana island day out

A lovely experience. Banana island is a small island and a 20-30 mins boat ride from qatar mainland. Banana island has all the basic necessities which you can want, from good food, spa, chalet, pool and beach.
It has many different restaurants too choose from. Best time time to visit banana island is 1 hour before sunset. With all the luxuries it is also not cheap. But worth to spend minimum of 300 riyals including the boat ride back and forth from the island.

6star service from the staff..spread may be a tad few but the quality of the food is amazing

Had a wonderful time over there. Great ambience. Ticket costs around 200qr,ship is available over there at 8.00am to 9.00 pm at an interval of 1 hour. Very nice resort on an island off Qatar. Definitely worth a visit. There is no alcohol on the island - as far as you know, no problem. Service level at the highest level

Paradise we call it. Yes it's a paradise. Make it a point in your life time to visit this paradise. Lovely people, great food you can't feel like stopping to eat, its our weather I will say. Once in a while go catch up a movie there with those you love. It will be unforgettable moment.

Buffet menu has variety but I prefer set menu at Q Lounge with access to the swimming pool. Staff always go all out.

Had an amazing time with my friends. This was my 2nd time on the Island. The staff are very welcoming. One of the staffs named Dawo was really sweet and helpful as we had to check in really quickly to surprise a friend who was coming in the Latter Boat. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit at least once to see it themself.

It s is wonderful experience to come in Banana Island Resorts. Those restaurants and the transportation and the marine hostess ( Sarah ) is very friendly and keep it up . Thanks a lot for the excellent experience.
