Great island, amazing staff and services, great value , best escape from Doha on weekends, food is wow and many options

By far the best experience I had living in Doha for the past 3 years. The hospitality, serenity , and food were top-notch. Highly recommended.

Worth a visit, a romantic and quiet place, the price of the trip is QR 200, it is not recommended to eat from the international restaurant at all.

It was a lovely experience. However i faced some delays with the service. First i wanted a baby cot i called the reception more than 7 times asking for the bed as my baby is sleeping and i can not keep him sleeping in the bed as he moves. So i stayed 3 hours calling and at last it arrived. In addition to cleaning issues . The floor was not clean at all _ i knew it from my babys hands and feet ( he crawls)

he beach is lovely, the best outdoor restaurant, Riva is amazing.
But as for room reservationTs it is always not available and when we went we found many empty rooms and also for the suite that booked a number 1208 upon our arrival we found insects on the bed and was accompanied by the receptionist called Michelle and I saw that insect and said that she will send someone to spray pesticides or she will replace the suite but not Nothing happens and also when they send out breakfast the next day it was bad and not fresh.
As for the precautionary measures for the Corona pandemic, the hotel management must provide all rooms with a protective mask and hand sanitizer, and of course all of the aforementioned is not present in the rooms, this is something that is not safe
When I made the reservation, I requested that there be a cot for the child in the room, and upon my arrival I did not find the bed available
Also, the safety box was not working and the hotel management is supposed to check everything before the guests reach their rooms
And when you request a transport car within the hotel, it takes about an hour to arrive to take you to the place you want to go
Finally, frankly, it was my first experience, and I will never repeat it. It was a very bad experience

They said its look like the Maldives... Its absolutely nothing like any good beach around the world... But the food and service are very good. Other than that you definitely will find a better places to visit for thats huge amount of money.

Our 2nd time staying here. Love the experience. The ambiance & scenery make you feel like you are not in Doha. Our room - Deluxe Sea View is a dream. Great hospitality, good restaurants, beautiful scenery.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by the waiter Chloe. She was the only Chinese-speaking staff in this resort. When we arrived, she arranged a great room for us. As soon as we went out, there was a beach. Really Very beautiful.

The hotel s private beach is very beautiful and big, as white as the sand in the Maldives, and there is also a free cinema; however, the bowling alley and manual surfing require additional charges.

All meals are served in the restaurant. Breakfast is at Azrap restaurant, which is very good. There are a variety of fruit juices. It is a very healthy breakfast. Dinner is served at an Italian restaurant. Very authentic pasta. Good Eat

My mother fell in the restaurant by the pool and was bleeding now. I also thank the restaurant staff for promptly assisting and calling the nurse for emergency treatment. I also thank the nurse for her help in arranging and changing the medicine. Special thanks to Chloe for her time on vacation. This kind of emergency situation also helped us to interpret and tell the nurse.

Finally, I also thank the service staff Pradeep. When he learned that we were leaving on the last day, he took us to see the floating house. The floating house has always been my dream. I will come back to live in the floating house next time.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was hosted by waiter Chloe. She was the only Chinese speaking service person in the resort. When we arrived, she arranged a great room for us. When the room went out, there was a beach. Very beautiful.

The private beach of the hotel is very beautiful, just like the sand of Maldives, there is also a free cinema; however, there is an additional charge for the bowling alley and artificial surfing.

All three meals are served in the restaurant. The breakfast is served in the Azrap restaurant. It is very good, with a variety of vegetable juices, a very healthy breakfast. Dinner is served in the Italian restaurant, very local and so delicious.

In this emergency, Chloe also helped us to translate tell the nurse.

Finally, I am especially grateful to the service staff Pradeep. When I learned that we were leaving on the last day, he took us to see the water house. The water house has always been my dream. I will come back to live in the water house next time.

We spent a day today with family and it was an excellent experience with the family. The upkeep is great and staff is very humble something I could relate to my international tours. I would love to explore overnight stay near future. Good luck guys and see you soon. Yusuf

Beautiful place an exceptional stay really to recommend for a change of scenery.

My husband and I were guests at Banana Island, Doha and our experience was in a word- exceptional.

We checked in on August 23rd for an overnight stay and from the booking to our pick up valet service we felt it was primarily and effortless experience for us.

We dined at Q-Lounge the Indian/International restaurant, and when we shared some of our observations with our server, we were quite surprised the the restaurant Manager, the chef and the Executive Chef were quickly involved and ready to satisfy our concerns. Because of time constraints we were unable to return to the restaurant the following day where we were invited to lunch as their guests, but we now have an open invitation whenever we return.

The following morning at breakfast (which was sumptuous, try the banana bread) the executive chef remembered us and gave my husband a thoughtful gift, as we were leaving the Island early for him to go to work.

The room was stunning and well cooled to combat the heat and humidity outside. The entire staff were smiling and well informed.

Overall for an impromptu trip, we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back for a longer stay.

It was really amazin and luxury experience and the place is wonderful specially if you live in doha you dont have to fly away to live this experience.
But the coupon price was 200 QR they said it is include lunch but in real the 100 qr for boat and the another it is money for you if the recipt is 150 you need to pay 50 more

It is a unique and wonderful experience. I had a good stay and I like to redo this experience.

The only one island in Doha that every person mustn't miss a day tour would be fine if your in a budget. Having a water villa would be awsome especially when you are in middle east. Restaurants are a lot to choose from service is great from your arrival to your departure.

We were on a day trip, which can be purchased (reserved) by phone. I really liked it here. Great service. All the details are thought out. The number of guests on the island is limited, so you will always feel comfortable there. Beach chairs are two or three. The distance between them is quite large to another pair of sunbeds. There are places for vacationers with children. Although the island is not large, but you can find there a place that is perfect for you. You can swim both in the Yves Sea and in the pool. The food in the restaurant is very varied. I liked crabs and grilled tiger prawns the most. Although I do not like sweets, but "made" me try it. The restaurant is open from 12 to 16 hours.

Sweet but expensive and a lack of services moist atmosphere

here is my opinion. We got a 3 bed room Villa for two night. we enjoyed the time playing with the kids. however, the villa was not in best condition.
fit and finish is disaster. I am surprised that even the remote was taped -_- electric sockets are broken and switchs are hard to press. Floors are fake wood and the gap between the tiles fills with dirt.
Water is very hot called them to fix it no luck. Private swimming pool is missing mantaintance and proper cleanning. mold every where.
I was shocked there are no mirrors in any of the rooms even on the wardrop. you need to use the bathroom which was leaking in one of the hoses and rust on the bathtop.
Spa book papers was in bad condition.
Our driver was kind and friendly however his uniform is not acceptable for 5 Star hotels his boot is 100 years old tearing appart almost.
Very Expensive, the only justification for this price is the Market. With the price around $2000 a night you are not getting any Wow teatment. not even a tour.
We reported one incident happend to my wife we reached one shop 15 min before the closing time and they called the security on us and they didnt recoreded it. Next day we asked they had no idea about it so we needed to reported the incident again.

5 star island & resort in Qatar. Expensive in terms of money.
