At least once a week I have to call for assistance...

At least once a week I have to call for assistance to solve connection problems (very low speed, even with the 56k modem it went so slow). They respond with "we will do the truths" and the days go by without improvements. In a month yes and no I have a decent connection for up to 5 days.
Then all it takes is a pioggiarellina to almost skip the connection. Not that in good weather it's better, but when it rains it gets worse.
Too bad because in the first periods I found myself well and it was a valid alternative to ADSL. But now the quality of the service has dropped a lot.
