They wanted all my information, they said they work with plenty of lenders to get me a loan. They wanted to do a free credit check, I said that was fine until they wanted my social security number. I do not give that information out over the phone. So the guy I was talking to who's name is Nicholas Arzoomanian said then they could not help me if I didn't give him that information. I told him that I have Credit Karma , and I watch my credit all of the time. Before I was even done telling him that, he hung up on me. REALLY PROFESIONAL. I WOULD NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL.....

BEWARE !!!!! After being denied for a loan I was led to this company, and had no idea it was a credit repair service. I thought it was an alternative loan service for people with poor credit.After telling the representative, Pablo something (didn t catch his last name) that I did not want to move further he continued to ignore me and go over my credit report with information that I had already given him prior to the report. He did not discuss any pricing or charges until the report was complete. He is now calling my phone NONSTOP after I very politely expressed that I was trying to get a car, and didn t have $129 to spare especially when I know exactly how to repair my credit. He has called almost 10 times in a row.

I was in need of a personal loan but what this company really does is try to "re-negotiate" negative items on your credit report. Based on my phone call these GLOWING 5 star reviews are fake. The 1 star reviews are much closer to what I experienced. And by the way, once you start asking too many questions you will be hung up on. Very sketchy, don't believe the positive reviews, BEWARE.

I returned a call after app on line and link transfers it's not confusing it's very deliberate I have the same issue I'm reading from others. what's the purpose of this company if all they do is transfer you to Lexington law. I wasn't listen to, agreed to a fake name the person didn't care about having right proceeded to tell me that name is Me I called and pre-qualified definitely just a spam company internet, apps and phone.

My scores are in the 690's. I have substantial income and absolutely NO derogatory remarks on my credit or credit history-was NOT approved for a debt consolidation loan. They then told me that my other option was to do debt consolidation with them under two conditions-pay on time and close my credit lines.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Closing credit lines has a negative adverse affect on your credit bc you are no longer contributing to your payment history, availability of credit, and cutting your credit history length. The last thing I would want to do is hurt my credit when I'm trying to pay off the revolving debt to further boost my scores. I denied them immediately.

You are better off negotiating interest rates with your creditors based on customer loyalty, and really applying self-discipline to continue paying off the debt.

They claim they don't run your credit. Then why do you need SS number? Yes, my credit stinks. Who's doesn't right now with the economy. Yes, I am trying to fix it on my own. Just need small loan to pay off little things and get back on my feet. So I apply only to be told NO, go somewhere else. And, the companies they send me to day the same thing no. Your company is a rip off.

I filled out a form online that showed me several credit options. Of course after doing so my phone rings off the hook. M. Delawyer with Amone called. He acted like he was in a rush to go over my information and pass me on to the loan officer so he could hurry up to the next person. He kept cutting me off and definitely wasn t listening to me. He said he was hoping this was an option since whatever else he was looking at wasn t. He sent me to a financial institution where the person I spoke with agreed I definitely didn t need his services. He also agreed that Amone tends to transfer calls to them without listening or explaining anything. M. Delawyer s idea was to have me consolidate but that is NOT what I asked for. I went to them for a loan. I had asked for an amount but wasn t ever allowed the opportunity to say that I only really need this amount right now. I m not late on my bills, I have good credit scores (724ish), and our income manages everything. He sent me to someone that helps repair credit. Definitely NOT what I needed. This would ve wrecked my credit.

This place is a fake and I would never visit again. I was disappointed that I gave all my information and received nothing in return except a hard ding on my credit report.

I wish I could rate you 0 (zero) stars. I was referred by another bank to these guys. Johnathan was completely rude and even hung up on me. He had no customer service skills and I can't get over the fact he hung up on me! Will not call you again and I better not get any marketing calls trying to sell me their products from this company ever again. You have lost my business and I don't wish to pursue any sort of relationship with this company ever again.
