Unbelievable! In an emergency situation, I couldn't get pre authorisation for my hospital visit. It states that a family member or friend should contact Momentum on the first working day after the incident, which they did. Then when it came down to my claim, they rejected it, because I didn't get pre authorisation (while in an emergency situation) Even though the hospital is a part of the medical network! Paying the amount a month that I do, just for me to have to pay 100% of my hospital fees as well! What a joke.
