So I just read a story about how the American Red Cross was doing great work helping the people in Syria... But if you want help in Milwaukee you have to go to them... So apparently war-torn Syria is safer than Milwaukee according to the American Red Cross
I called for information on past and re-certification and was given all the info I needed they also e-mailed me everything I needed for the certification great people and a great organization all around
HONESTLY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to reschedule a class and it took 3 hours for them to even figure out how to do it, plus, I was put on hold every 10 min. I talked to 4 different people and was transferred without them even telling me i was being transferred to someone else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service never been so frustrated in my life. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I must say that the red cross disaster relief team was God send and such a blessing not just for myself but our entire building. We live in a very large apartment building filled with many seniors vetrans and disabled people. They aare so kind compassionate people. They are angels for doing what they do especially because they do all of this voluntary . God bless you all. I want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
