Very fast delivery and good customer service! After the computer screens have been delivered, I realised that there were no hdmi cables given. I immediately contacted the customer service and they offered to deliver the hdmi cables to us. Really appreciated their help and service :)
Delivery was reasonably quick, item dafely wrapped and good quality for the price. Needed a spare monitor to work from home.
Very very horrible experiences here! I received a Lenovo laptop from here under the neu pc programme ( i paid a substantial amount for it) and ever since i have received the laptop since day 1 it is very very very slow such that by the time i want to finish my assignment it will be long overdue a month. I came in to JK Technology 4 times regarding the same problem and they just keep repeating the sane thing that the software had some issue but it is now resolved. However the very next day when i want to use it is not working properly again, it is again super slow. When i mentioned this that the laptop is very likely faulty and i would like a one to one exchange they start to to give me all sorts of excuses and one person says something while the other something else. There is no sort of management or customer service. I feel so upset and angry bec i really need my laptop for school but no one is helping me . VERY BAD AND POOR COMPANY. LIKELY THE NICE REVEIWS ARE PAID.
Got an older but unused graphics card for cheap. They might not be official distributers and their products vary in quality but you buy from here because the prices are good.
Made order and paid in late Feb, on the same day. Waited for more 10 days no response in regards to delivery date. Wrote them an email and they responded with telephone texts claiming no payment was made, and if I would like to cancel order.
Gave them a screenshot of my payment receipt and they couldn't even located my payment nor the email I sent with the reciept numbers. The admin, finance and customer service depts seemed to be in a mess.
However, the overall package for students is a good deal. If they are not a vendor recommended by the school, I would not have waited so patiently. My child thought we were scammed due to the delay in their delivery SOP. Getting a laptop straight from Apple was much more efficient when I first purchased the same model for my elder child.
When you order from JK, be prepared to wait for about 2 weeks. That was my experience.

Ordered a Lenovo ThinkVision T24i monitor and received within 3 days and condition looks new except no HDMI/ DP, the USB hub cable, and "Red" cable clip. Hope can get a DP cable from seller.
