HONESTLY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to reschedule a class and it took 3 hours for them to even figure out how to do it, plus, I was put on hold every 10 min. I talked to 4 different people and was transferred without them even telling me i was being transferred to someone else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service never been so frustrated in my life. If I could give negative stars, I would.
