Ron McCarthy is a man of his word. I first chose him to sell my house because he is charming man with a personable demeanor, has a construction background and has the stats to prove he could get the job done. After working with him through the process I found that he had my best interest in mind over his. He did not try to push for a sale, but did provide logical advice when asked. We had a really easy time working with American Realty. Our Realtor Ron was extremely helpful and we always knew he had our best interest in mind. We were looking at purchasing a house with a select one in mind. Never having known Ron, but being referred to him by a friend, we called him up at 5pm one night, he met with us an hour later to look at the house.
