We are where we are today because of dreams, ambitions, goals, extremely hard work but most importantly we are here because we've always had FAITH and even though we don't go to church we pray and we BELIEVE in our Heavenly Father. We prayed for this opportunity for years! We entered into this journey praying and knowing it was never in our timing but his and if this is or isn't what we are supposed to be doing that he will open the doors or slam them in our face so the answers are clear. Our goal was to buy land and build in 5 years.... we are barely a year into it and we just did our final walk through of the house plans. God deserves all the glory for all he's doing for us. The general manager quoted scriptures for us today, he held our hands and prayed over us, he reassured us on how good God is and how it was all layed out for us before we even knew it. Christine has always been amazing, quick and graciously has held our hands through all of it. This journey has definitely made us realize a few things the most important one is how loving God is. We are beyond blessed and excited and are so thankful for the doors not being slammed in our faces but opened before we even got to them. If you ever need a builder I highly suggest America's Home Place,so far it feels like it's exactly where we were supposed to be.

We have recently started our journey building with America s Home Place in Alvin. We explored many builders and America s Home Place by far exceeded all of our expectations. They have a wonderful dedicated team there that go above and beyond to ensure the building experience is not stressful. The AHP team has become a family to us.

I happened to be browsing the internet and came across America's Home Place. I requested a catalog with the floor plans and the next thing I notice Mr. Lowell Pinnock was calling. Our conversation was very informative and he informed me that they will be building in my area within the next year. I really appreciated him taking the time out to introduce himself to me so quickly and also told me that I could call him at anytime with additional questions. I'm looking for that family feel and a company that's hands on with there customers.

We just closed on our beautiful new home! Our experience has been absolutely phenomenal from the get-go. Tracy has been so great with answering any questions we had, updating us with pictures and information regarding every step, and he kept his guys moving at a great pace! He always kept the work area as neat as possible which was quite difficult with all the mud he had to deal with. He inspects every detail and is always so kind and thoughtful. Lowell has been such a great guy to work with and did everything in his power to help us out. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time or day. Christine is amazing and very helpful with color selections and is always so much fun to talk with. These guys seriously could not be any better. Any small issues or concerns we had (we didn't have any major issues at all) were quickly taken care of and always met our needs. I highly recommend working with AHP - Galveston...5 STARS!! We have just begun our home building process and I can't say enough about Christine and Lowell. They truly are such nice, genuine people and super easy to communicate with. The process of picking out our floor plan and customizing it to fit our wants and needs was painless and actually quite fun! We are building our very first home! We checked around a few different places and Americas home place seemed to have the best prices and the quickest finishing times. I feel like the best part is their basic stuff is all nice quality and beautiful. We decided to stick to basics for now. The granite, tile, crown molding all make a lovely home! From the moment we walked in there we have been treated like family. Brandy is no longer there but she helped me so much and never gave up even when I did! She made sure I got everything I wanted for the monthly price we needed. Lowell has been here for us every step of the way and always reassured me when I've been scared. There has been quite a few bumps that have slowed us down with our property etc, but they pushed through it. My home is finally about to be finished and I am so in love with it! This has been a stressful bumpy scary ride, that I wouldn't change for a second! This house is all my own selections down to the groute, and all brand new! What more could we want?

Great experience working with Lowell Pinnock at America s Home Place! He answered any and all questions I had about the home building process including ALL aspects of pricing. I received the home plans in my email before asking for them just by mentioning the plan I was interested in. If you are in the initial stages of wanting to build a home, I would recommend talking to Lowell. Lowell, James and all of AHP have been awesome since the beginning. We have been working with them for over a year in finding the right home that meets our needs and budget. I have been dreaming about building a beach house on Galveston Island TX for a few years now. After much research I decided to go with Americas Home Place. I don't live in texas so I needed a builder I could rely on. In less than one week I flew in and met with their whole team, Lowell and Christine in the office and Tracy out at my lot. I picked all my design choices with Christine, made some structural changes to the plans and received my full set of house plans from Lowell and had a site visit with Tracy.Also If i have a question they answer me the same day! Americas Home Place is an excellent company, but more than a company, it is a family that truly cares about fulfilling the dreams of families in being able to build a home.

Our positive experience started from that first day we arrived for our first meeting. Alan took care of us in a very special way that made us feel like we already knew each other. His charisma and kindness made us feel at home and he always showed his interest in our dreams. After we had several meetings with him, we met with Lowell to finalize the plan.

We have been working with another company for about 6 months and have gotten no where with the process. I called to just get some information on a Monday afternoon. With the AWESOME help from Lowell we have met, picked out our dream home, signed a contract, had a site meeting and already have stakes in the yard, all by Thursday! Just like that, in 4 days we are ready to start our journey on our custom home with America's Home Place! I am currently in the process of building with America's Home Place. I can honestly say that I am totally satisfied more than I thought I would ever be. My husband and I have had unwelcoming experiencing with others before we met AHP. When I called Galveston Mr. Blackston and Brandy were phenomenal. They listened to out horror stories while I cried. With welcoming arms they said, "That's not us; we are family". Since that moment I can literally say that every AHP employee that I come across has been so accomodating and they know my name before I introduce myself. They have made this process a breeze through weekly sometimes daily communication about the building process of our home. Our construction manager Tracy has been awesome! He is so knowledgeable and understanding of our needs/wants. I have never had any issue with unprofessional employees at AHP. Byol is a totally new process for me and they have held my hand along the way. Last weekend they held an Open House at our home and I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge from Mr. Pinnock. That was my first time meeting the new manager from Galveston. Again, he knew who we were before we even met. The entire Sales team has been awesome and reliable. I appreciate at that AHP is doing for us and our future. When I walked in the Galveston location of Ameeicas Homeplace I was greeted and treated like family. Though there has been some changes since I began the building process I have still been treated like family. Mr.Tracy has been with me every step of the process and has kept me in the loop of each step. Mr . Lowell has helped me to remain calm and at peace when unforseen circumstances have held up the completion and Ms.Deana has helped with the billing and was readily available if my daughter or I had any questions or concern. Though there has been weather obstacles and other circumstances that have slowed the process I am finally now able to see the end result and I am so happy.
