Relocating to the Houston area presented us with the opportunity to build and America s Home Place is making our dream a reality. We cannot say enough good things about Lowell and Christine in the Alvin office. They have spent a lot of time helping us understand the building process. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and never made us feel like it was an inconvenience. Numerous changes have been made to our plan and selections and never once did we hear Are you kidding! They are very professional and always accessible. They know their business, and they have gone above and beyond to help cut costs without sacrificing the quality of our home. Their goal is always to please. Lowell and Christine are very caring people, and it feels as though they are old friends. They have taken the time to encourage and pray with us during recent difficult times. I am excited to actually begin the building process and to get to know Tracy Grier, our Project Manager. The word on the street is that Tracy is the best there is at his job. Let the building begin!
