I am currently in the process of building with America's Home Place. I can honestly say that I am totally satisfied more than I thought I would ever be. My husband and I have had unwelcoming experiencing with others before we met AHP. When I called Galveston Mr. Blackston and Brandy were phenomenal. They listened to out horror stories while I cried. With welcoming arms they said, "That's not us; we are family". Since that moment I can literally say that every AHP employee that I come across has been so accomodating and they know my name before I introduce myself. They have made this process a breeze through weekly sometimes daily communication about the building process of our home. Our construction manager Tracy has been awesome! He is so knowledgeable and understanding of our needs/wants. I have never had any issue with unprofessional employees at AHP. Byol is a totally new process for me and they have held my hand along the way. Last weekend they held an Open House at our home and I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge from Mr. Pinnock. That was my first time meeting the new manager from Galveston. Again, he knew who we were before we even met. The entire Sales team has been awesome and reliable. I appreciate at that AHP is doing for us and our future. AHP truly believes and goes by their mission, building good people to build beautiful homes for families. The Galveston team is AMAZING!
