I spent approximately a decade in the Automotive F&I Industry and this was one of the best training experience I have ever had. Yes, some of the topics were a tad elementary, but that has to be done to ensure everyone in the class gets the topics they need addressed to indeed be addressed. Beyond that the time, energy and depth afforded to topics like compliance, credit reporting, general sales ability, menu presentation(digital and old fashioned) was far superior to all of the other training I've ever been too.

The facility was immaculate and professional. The hotel accommodations were very nice and adjacent to the training facility as well as high end retail and dining options. And the class was from all different brands and corners of the country offering a wide variety of opinion and perspective. I highly recommend for anyone attempting to advance their F&I career.
