Unfortunately, bad bad experience. Misquoted the amount I would need down. Ran me through the ringer for months and missed out on a beautiful investment property because of lack of experience? I had to call her out on things she should have known. Another loan officer for a different company was able to get me sorted out and on my way. Stay far away from this place if they employ these kinds of people. Out of respect for her I will not name her but I had to speak my peace because this really hurt my family's ability to support ourselves and now we are dealing with covid. Shame on you guys

Tried going through them to get a loan and at first everything was great. We were told that we were approved for 200k and they just had to do the final numbers. Get a call the next day saying that after running the numbers we were only qualified for 160k. Well we were a little disappointed but started looking for home and once we found one we talked with the realtor who was helping. He told us we needed a couple final documents to close the loan deal. My sister sent them all the documents, cause the loan would be in her name, only to find out today that they, Preston, gave us the run around. Claiming that as of today, august 15th 2017, the fha credit score requirements went up to 640 to qualify for the loan and down payment assistance. At first he told not only my sister but my husband as well that the current qualifying score was 580 and that both my sister and husband qualified. I as well as my husband searched the current credit scores neede and they said you need a 580. So in the end we spent a couple weeks giving Preston information, that I felt was a little too much, all for nothing and now we can't buy a house for our family to have a stable environment. One things for sure is I won't be using them or will I be referring them to any friends or family
