My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Patti and her team. I had originally started the re-fi process with 2 lenders, AFF and the other was one of the big banks. I ended up going with Patti since the big bank lender did not deliver when and what the committed to, Patti met all her commitments to us exceeding all expectations. I would highly recommend using Patti Handy and AFF!
