We had Home Depot send this crew out to install carpeting in our basement. There were 3 in the crew who were all vaccinated and wore masks. They were here for several hours non-stop and did a great job! Would recommend.

We had an install that started in March. Just three rooms of engineered hard wood. They didn t finish on the first day because they did not have the proper transitions needed. It s now July. I still have a hole in my house and the wrong transitions installed. Three times they came out, told someone else what to order but it didn t get ordered. They sent a manager out and connected me with a customer service rep and they finally got the right piece ordered and ready to install but now they have no showed on install days twice blaming system issues. When I call they say they will call back and they don t unless I contact Home Depot first. If they install and have all the stuff they need they do good work. But if they need to coordinate anything good luck. Their communication is awful.
Update August 2021- Have had installers come out again and they did not have the items necessary to complete the job.

ACS was our carpet installers through Home Depot. We had 3 installers who showed up on time - two for the rooms and one for the stairs. They were very quick at removing the old carpet & padding to instal the new ones. They even did a very neat job in the closet and some tight spaces ensuring all area was carpeted as per my expectations. The staircase was done very well too. Finally, they cleaned everything up and hauled away the old carpet with pads. The installation went very well for me and I m happy with the results. My experience with ACS has been great and I recommend them!

I purchased vinyl plank flooring through Home Depot who contracts with American Carpet for installation. My installation was on Thursday. At the completion of the installation I had several complaints around the quarter round installation and the lack of materials left onsite. I have included pictures of the quarter round installation. The installer used products that caused the gaps between the baseboard and quarter round, missed a section where quarter round should have been installed and nailed down a piece longer than needed in one area. In addition my flooring had to be purchased by the case and no materials were left behind. I received a call from American Carpet asking me about my experience and discussed my issues. During the initial call I was told they would pull up and reinstall or reimburse me. I stated I would call back this week. When I called back I spoke with another individual who stated there was nothing they would do and I should contact Home Depot as they should have given a different product and I must not have understood what the first representative agreed to.
Also during scheduling and during my first call about the installation I was asked to not complete the Home Depot survey so they could rectify.
The installers are disrespectful to people's property. I paid for an installation through Home Depot for outdoor carpeting. That was in May. It was installed on August 5th. i was not able to see the completed job until Friday, the following day. The install is atrocious. And not only did they do a horrible job on the install, they got glue on my vinyl railing, j-channel, post and block wall. I had 2 appointments for someone to come out and look at it so we can point all of the issues with the install. The on time they were to call me 1/2 hour before they arrived so I can have someone there. They did not even do that. They called when they were standing in front of the property. I called the person that gave up half a day to sit around waiting for them and had them go down. I called back to the person that was at the property and said they would be down 20-30 minutes and they said they could not wait. I called my person back and said nevermind. Then about a half an hour later I received another call and they said they could go down and meet and I said that I couldn't because my person went about their business and I am tired of inconveniencing people for them. Mind you, my carpet install had been scheduled about 3 times before it was actually installed. One time the install was scheduled 8-12, i believe, and they call me the morning of to cancel. Their installer had something else to do. The first time was around August 12th. They were to come out again today, more than a month later, nothing. They said they were going to fix the carpet. There is no fixing this carpet. They said they were going to have the carpet replaced. I have heard nothing from them for over 2 weeks, Home Depot either. Fair warning do not get any flooring installed by Home Depot because this is the only company they have to install flooring. They need to rethink the way they do things. I use Home Depot for EVERYTHING. I do not go to Lowes but after this experience I may just go across the highway and use Lowes. i have rentals and bought all my paint, flooring, light fixtures, refrigerators, stoves, everything. But I will be changing now.

Extremely happy with our new carpets! The two men who installed them were on time, efficient, and very professional. They completed two bedrooms, closets, and a hallway in three hours. I was very impressed with how fast they were and how perfect the carpets looked. Our new carpets look better than expected and we were very impressed with our two installers! Definitely recommend!

This company is complete trash. Do yourself a favor and find a company that isn't out sourced from home depot. They've been late everytime they were scheduled to install the carpet in my bedrooms, my vinyl floor and the carpet on my stairs. I never once received a phone call regarding a delay in arrival. They scuffed and made marks on my walls with 0 effort to fix and own up to the damages. Good luck trying to get through to an actual human being without waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes minimum; and when you do enjoy the constant scripted apologies. This was the absolute worse mistake I have made as a home owner, and will be hiring an actual contractor or flooring company that isn't a third party installer. Had I not paid for this at home depot I would have found someone else who shows up on time and doesn't damage my walls to install my flooring correctly.

Never complete the project. Left in between and no one showed for 3 weeks after that.Ripped my bathroom floor and never completed the floor work for 3 weeks my toilet was sitting outside my bedroom.The guy even broke the pipe causing a leak on the roof below.Eveytime I called to follow up the made false promises and kept lying that someone e will show up to finish the job.I had to cancel my appointments as they said they will show up on several days but didnshowed up on any single day they committed. Their staff do t communicate even if you confirm the order.And once no one shows up they blame you for not confirming. My house floors are all rippld, leakage on the roof and still no professionalism.
Horrible service and they are one of the valued partners with Homedepot.

This is the company Home Depot used for the carpet installation for my three bedrooms a couple weeks ago. Overall, it was a great experience. My carpet arrived to the warehouse on a Tuesday and the install was on Thursday. The three installers were on time and very efficient. They were done within 1.5 hours and did a great job. I know there s several negative reviews for this company, but the team who came to my house was great. I will definitely use Home Depot again for any carpet needs.
