I love shopping at Aerie for my lingerie and sleepwear. Their products are made with real women in mind: underwear that is actually comfortable and cute. A rarity these days- as most underwear brands seem to be strangely targeted at women who apparently want to wear undergarments made out of cheap, scratchy fabric and garish colours. Aerie undergarments are actually comfy!
In addition, there is excellent customer service at this location. Everyone in the Aerie section especially is friendly and helpful. In addition, the Aerie change rooms are comforting, as they are furnished in soft colours and gently lit. I also appreciate the marketing campaign, which strives to depict a variety of body types and has a no-photoshopping rule.
