Signed up with ameribanc over a month ago. It seemed like a great deal. They offered no contract which was nice, then they offered me free equipment which the salesman told me ran on wifi. They offered me a text marketing program that I was originally told would be to market to my existing customers and that the software had a list and would text new customers for me. The rates looked good and they offered next day funding. So I got set up with them. I recieved my equipment after 5 days when the sales rep said it was be overnighted to me. The equipment was not wifi capable like I was told it was only able to run on Ethernet. My shops router is in a completely separate room so I needed to run a pretty long Ethernet cable across my building.(they do offer wireless for an additional fee) This text marketing software I was sold was not as advertised. It does not text people that are currently not customers to acquire new customers like the rep had told me and the system for the texting was down for the first few weeks so I didn't even have access to the software. I spoke with a woman in the corporate office and expressed my concerns about the sales rep being dishonest and she lowered my rates and knocked off some other miscellaneous fees which was nice and told me if I had any other issues to let her know. I noticed that the funds were not coming next day. It was 2 days so I would not receive thur-sat funds until Tuesday. This was yet another thing that I was lied to about. When I contacted corporate they told me I was not approved for next day funding. I have been in business several years and have not debts /collections and have had the same processor until switching now. I now still have not even used them for an entire month with all these issues. The texting software also can't sign anyone with Verizon up to the text club because Verizon has that short code blocked so about half my customers can't even get the coupons i started sending. I still haven't received my first statement yet so I'm curious to see what the "actual" charges end up being. I only gave this company 2 stars instead of 1 star because the woman Kelly at the corporate office was actually very helpful and did what she could to make things right for me. I'll be cancelling them after my next billing cycle.
