Very nice hotel located across the street from the Croke Stadium. It is quite a walk to the city center from this hotel. We had some trouble with our room assignment being changed, but the concierge was very helpful. The restaurant and bar was great.

Shocking bad customer service. The bar staff were truly terrible. I honestly don t like giving a bad review because ideally I d like to just forget my experience there but honestly it I was just appalled. I stood at the bar for 15 mins and no one came to help me or serve me.. I seen the bar manager have a go at his bar staff right in front of the customers, the bar staff argued with each other and it was plain for everyone to see. I won t be back near the spot again

Modern, clean and friendly staff. Great food and outside patio for smokers!
I must add, this hotel has the most comfortable beds in the world. Anyone can have the best sleep here! I prefer firm mattresses and it is soft like a cloud. And the bath! The best, from the lovely deep soak tub to the product amenities. Also the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This hotel services Croke park stadium and can be crowd to the most, and still enjoyable. The restaurant is very kool and the food is top notch! The only negative feedback is the housekeeping staff are very noisy. Otherwise staff are very accommodating.

Everything fantastic in the hotel: cleaning, breakfast .... Very good quality / price ratio. Marta in reception very nice. Jessica, at breakfast, I can only catalog it as exceptional; what a nice, nice girl (notice to the hotel manager, I do not know what that girl earns, but she deserves more)
The only downside of the hotel (so I do not give the maximum score) is that it is a far from the center and communications are not very good

Attended for the hurling last Sunday . Very disappointed as we had to q up outside in the pouring rain and when it stopped raining we were let in. Inside the price of drink from a plastic container was a complete rip off! Will not be going there again on match days.

Beautiful Hotel located in front At the stadium "Croke Park", one of the largest in Europe and home to the headquarters of the "GAA" Ireland's largest sports organization. Impeccable cleanliness and helpful staff. Super abundant American breakfast. It is not very close to the main attractions of the
City but I recommend it anyway.

This review is purely for the bistro, as we ve had to have a quick breakfast there after having been stranded in the area.

The looks and furniture are classy and clean, and the bistro area is spacey. Despite the staff being absolutely friendly, service took a little bit. Tea was decently served, but the tap water was off-tasting. The avocado and poached egg on sourdough bread was very basic and needed more flavour - but the egg being unforgivably overcooked and not runny at all is the biggest disappointment.

The staff were extremely friendly, but I ordered the fish and chips with the peas mix. I'm sorry to say that the peas were the only hot item when served. It was hard to find the fish in the batter, and frankly it really was inedible. I have to say that the burger served to my friend was good , and that was why I didn't complain.

I stayed here for seven days in Janary 2015. My overriding impression is that the Croke Park Hotel goes above and beyond to provide an excellent client experience. Everyone is very friendly, staff are attentive and service is fast and efficient. Associated food and beverage services are also excellent. The only slight drawback is the location but it's only a 10-12 minute brisk walk into the centre of town. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again.

It is a great hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms and great details. For example, in the bathroom there is a separate bathtub and shower. The huge beds and quality. It has a large breakfast buffet, it is somewhat high price, although you can opt for a very nice free executive breakfast if you do not want to start the heavy morning. It is 2 kms from the center, but it is a nice neighborhood and the walk is easy. Much closer to the commercial center of the city. Highly recommended and above at an affordable price for its quality.

Very large and clean rooms. Beds so comfortable and bedding so incredibly pleasant that it's a pity to get up. Very helpful staff at reception. Only two minuses. Terrible breakfast, too heavy for my Polish stomach and proximity to the stadium. Important games were taking place and after the match the fans moved to the hotel bar. It was loud, but only until 10pm. Admittedly, there was no solution, and the Irish just like loud fun. Fair four and a half stars.

Great hotel. Clean, up to date, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with delicious array of juices, teas, coffee, hot food, fruits, eggs, avocado toast, etc. So worth it. The serving staff was on it so kind. There's the hop on hop off bus you can catch at the hotel, and a museum near by. Just ask the concierge a very friendly informative man. The hotel is only 15 minute walk to Henry Street for shopping. Then, another 5 minutes from there to Temple bar for restaurant, pubs, and dancing. A famous place a Irish fun night out. I was warned not to walk around the hotel area too late at night preferably. Nothing a cab ride can't fix.
Great stay and lots to do.
Enjoy!!

When we told the front desk we were visiting Ireland for our honeymoon, the staff went above and beyond for us. They upgraded our room for free, they made sure we had all our accommodations, I loved having room service with lots of choices. They would call our taxi for us when we wanted to go downtown, and they were able to offer advice on things to see and do in the area. I would definitely love to go back and stay at The Croke Park.

Unbelievably nice, accommodating staff! For that alone, I would recommend this hotel. In addition, the rooms are immaculate & comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, & the location is only a 20-30 minute walk to the city centre (or a 5-10 minute cab ride).

I attended 2 days training at this hotel, it was my first time in it, it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were so helpful and attentive, especially Brendan (Trainee)he kept us supplied with Tea, Coffee and water, and was on hand to assist us through the day, he went above and beyond over the 2 days. His customer service was impeccable.
Also Jamie behind the bar, although he didn't have the wine my friend asked for he was able to suggest and other wines and knew his stuff.
The food in this place was lovely and the staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend this hotel, and I will be back again.

Hotel near the stadium. Very nice and nice. Breakfast is included and good even if salty predominates. Cakes and biscuits are missing. Parking is also free for hotel guests. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Kettle in the room with several choices of tea and coffee and also the biscuit. They even got us a bottle of wine in our room.

Do you have to own the things you love? Do you have to see them whenever you want? Do you have to be able to touch when the impulse hits you? Is it enough that the love is there inside you and that it springs to life when you don't expect it. I had a lovely hamburger served by the lovely waitstaff at the restaurant in The Croke Park Hotel today. I didn't love the burger, and obviously I didn't love the waitstaff. They were a bit of the Sartre type of waitstaff.. but, still lovely. This place is so clean and so right. And, I hope people find that lovely feeling inside us all when they visit. Visit love, and stay awhile.
